Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

B: apple and cinnamon hot cross bun, coffee, slice of melon
S: ready salted crisps
L: left over gnocchi in veggie pasta sauce (peppers, courgettes, tomatoes) carrot sticks and a pear.
S: Belvita bar, bowl of home popped salted popcorn
D: chicken with roast carrots, parsnips, potatoes and steamed green beans. 2 glasses red wine, 2 squares dark chocolate

When will I learn? Every time I start the day with bread I eat all day long. Must be about 3k calories there. Sad

Brunch: Scrambled egg, bacon and sausage, wholemeal toast.
Dinner: Homemade lasagne, broccoli and few new potatoes. Small slice of garlic bread.

Another tea mid-afternoon
Supper, roast pork with crackling, roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots, apple sauce, spring greens, gravy. Rhubarb crumble, tea.

Late breakfast of porridge with flaxseed, blueberries and a sneaky spoon of nutella

Skipped lunch but had a toffee latte.

Dinner: fillet steak with a diane sauce, asparagus and a small serving of dauphinoise potatoes.

Also had a couple of coffees with oat milk and will have a cup of tea later.

Two coffees for breakfast - had to get some costs together for very early in the day...
big bowl of leftover noodles and veggies for lunch
Fajita veggies, wedges and a dollop of guac for dinner. Sounds odd but tastes a bit like nachos with slightly more nutritional value
