3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

-1 organic free range egg on a slice of wholemeal toast, cup of rooibos tea with oat milk
-Leftover salads (made 3 X ottolenghi recipes last night) included mange tout, French beans, hazel nuts, almonds, lentils, red onions, goats cheese, sweet potato.
-Slice of raw vegan chocolate ganache cake (avocado, dates, nuts, cocoa, sugar, vanilla)

  • Same salad for dinner with leftover wholemeal flatbread.
  • Drinks: water, builders tea with oat milk, chamomile tea.
Think that's it.

L mushroom soup, toast with mashed avocado
S few bits of leftover roasted root veg
D fish, chips and peas all from freezer. Rhubarb crumble

Black tea
Baked sweet potato with blob of hummus, courgette and tomato salad, dressed with black pepper salt lemon juice and olive oil.
Currently drinking a milky coffee.
Am really well stuffed and satisfied now so will just have a couple of rice cakes and some fruit later

B porridge with maple syrup, toast and Marmite, black coffee
S half a hot cross bun, half a cup of tea
L avocado with lemon juice and chilli flaked on sourdough toast with fried chorizo, another bit of toast with Cheddar. Bit of apple.
A Bendicks mint.
D roasted veg with couscous, harissa dressing, fried halloumi, stirfried leek and broccoli with garlic. Rhubarb crumble. Black coffee, chocolate cookie.

Breakfast: Porridge with banana & honey
Snack: Apple and 2 malted milk biscuits
Lunch: Wholemeal wrap with ham, lettuce, tomato and salad cream
Snack: Skinny Whip bar
Dinner: Baked potato with cheese, side salad (lettuce, tomato & cucumber with blue cheese dressing).
Snack: Grapes

Yesterday was awful
Beres pork sandwich dipped with stuffing crackling and apple sauce
Packet of noodles with some frozen veg
3 packets of spicy tomato snaps and a bag of peanut m&ms, a couple of cups of decaf tea ,a bottle of sprite and a bottle of diet coke with ginger

My weekday meals are very repetitive but I'm dieting and it works for me. Bit more relaxed at weekends.

Bit of a bad day today!

Breakfast - 2 eggs on brown toast. 2 lattes.

Lunch - chicken and vegetable cous cous, a chocolate muffin.

Dinner - will be macaroni cheese.

Bottle of prosecco opened and I've had about 6 milk tray chocolates.
