Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

Bowl of fruit n fibre
Two slices fruit toast, glass of fresh orange juice

Left over beef casserole with extra peas, carrots and a green bean that dd rejected. A yoghurt, satsuma and chocolate biscuit.

A banana

Sea bass with ginger, chilli, garlic, spring onions, honey and soy with new potatoes and sugar snap peas.

Resisted the slice of cake DH consumed. It's been a good day but now I'm feeling peckish!

B: porridge with raspberries, coffee
L: cheese toastie on granary bread (bad move - bread makes me crave non stop carbs) ready salted crisps, a pear
S: rosemary salted crackers, 2 mini tangerines, herb teas
D: venison steak with mash, steamed broccoli and peas, black cherry yoghurt, water

But did go for a long walk and did a bootcamp

Bad day

Breakfast- at 1pm, black coffee and 1 crumpet
Lunch - at 4pm, Big Mac, fries and another coffee 🤦‍♀️

No idea about dinner, I have a chicken in the oven.

In my recovery phase post chemo, eating and drinking very hard.
B porridge, a tiny amount of black coffee.
L half a slice of bread and a rasher of bacon. Three grapes.
S half a hot cross bun, few sips of tea
DP is making courgette and orzo bake for supper but I'm not sure I can eat it.
Should be back to normal appetite within a couple of days, I can't wait!

We're having a supermarket Bento box takeaway thingy for dinner and Gu puddings.

Better day today.

Toast with jam for breakfast, 3 black coffees

Lunch - pastie and coffee from local bakery

Dinner - pasta with chicken and lots of green veg.

Glass of wine.

Some fresh mango
Two slices of toast with home made baked beans and a fried egg
Bread, cheese, Spanish empanada things, Spanish cakes for desert (my mum went to the local deli), a few crisps
A biscuit
When I got home from a long walk- small bowl of Cheerios, more crisps, bit of quiche leftover from lunch
Homemade sticky pork and rice and choi sum and mushrooms

I'm always so surprised by how little some people on here eat! It seems I'm maybe a big eater and didn't really realise it 🤷‍♀️

Lunch : toast, houmous, apple
Dinner : smoked cod, mash, broccoli
Vegan lemon and blueberry "cheesecake" made by DD1 for pudding ( she is vegan, I'm not)
Half a bottle of wine.

I am back on the low carbing wagon, so no bread, chocolate or alcohol -would have been a very different story a few weeks ago!

Yesterday:
B small bowl Fruit and Fibre, slice of sourdough and butter, half a cup of tea.
L mashed avocado with lemon juice and chilli flakes and fried chorizo on sourdough toast, a few grapes.
Afternoon cup of tea.
Supper, orzo and courgette bake, green beans, baked tomatoes. A few grapes.
Hoping to tackle Big Roast Dinner tonight!

Curried lentil & spinach soup, small chicken sandwich.
Veg curry, brown basmati, garlicky chicken thighs.

There's a couple of glasses of wine with my name in them for later and will probably have a bowl of crisps with them.
