2 mugs of tea with semi skimmed.

A white roll with 3 chunky fish fingers, tomato ketchup and tartare sauce. Glass of apple juice.

M&S king prawn alfredo pasta and I cooked some small peas to mix in.

3 Werthers Original soft toffees.

B - 2 eggs scrambled with spinach
S - banana
L - salad with tuna, mixed beans, cucumber, olives and a bit of cheddar cheese. Balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing. A clementine
D - falafel, couscous, salad, hummus, Greek yoghurt.
4 squares of dark chocolate and a tiny scraping of Biscoff spread.

I feel like I've had a really healthy day but that still looks like loads of food!

Yesterday:
Muffin with butter and blackcurrant jam. Satsuma. Cup of coffee.

Lunch: egg mayo on wholemeal, ready salted crisps, cherry tomatoes.

Dinner: Quarter pounder with cheese. Not many fries. About six nuggets.

Yesterday
Muesli and a banana with milky filter coffee
Turkey sandwich with carrot and coriander soup
Ready meal curries (chicken dhansak, mixed vegetable masala, carrot and spinach pilau) , pea shoots.
2 glasses of red wine and a bowl of crisps.

Came within 7 calories of my target on my fitness pal.

Breakfast: handful of Rowntrees randoms and two cups black coffee. Whoops.

Lunch: Egg mayo on wholemeal, cupasoup, ready salted crisps and a cup of tea afterwards.

Dinner: going to be a home made turkey, leek and bacon pie made with a mash topping.

I really need more veg in my life! Tracking like this will help 🥕🍆🥒🥬🥦🧅🍄🫑🍌🍊🍉🍇

3 slices of leftover veggie pizza for breakfast

Carrot, chickpea and dill salad (v heathy) for lunch, & then another helping as an afternoon snack

Vegan "beef" and mushroom stroganoff with mashed potato for dinner

& I'll probably have some quark and raspberries as an evening snack/dessert later on once the kids are asleep
