B - porridge, seeds, raspberries, brown sugar
S - banana
L - salad, falafel, Greek yoghurt, sweet chilli sauce. An apple
D - 3 slices sourdough pizza, salad, sweetcorn.
A spoonful of Oreo ice cream (just tidying up the tub!) 4 squares dark chocolate and a glass of red.

2 slices thick buttered toast with scrambled egg, fried mushrooms and spinach, avocado and smoked Salmon
Piece shortbread and square of dark chocolate.

Sourdough toast with philly and marmite, espresso.

2 rice cakes-1 with hummus, 1 with mashed avocado, an apple

Salmon fillet, cous cous, roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms and celery

Sauvignon blanc (will share bottle with DH)

Egg on GF slice of toast
Left over chicken curry (homemade like 4 chunks of chicken) with some brown rice
GF ginger biscuit
2 x GF sausage roll with tablespoon of beans carrots sweet corn and broccoli
About 6 crisps
I feel yucky and I’m supposed to be cutting back on sugar but had the biscuit and baked beans

I’ve just eaten pure junk today, usually I eat a much healthier more balanced diet than this

Breakfast - 1 slice of brown bread toast with butter and marmite, a cup of black tea with 2 sweeteners.

Lunch- a white chocolate Kit Kat crunchy, 1 hard boiled egg and a few red grapes.

Snack- a handful of almonds and a few dried apricots.

Dinner- a Big Mac burger and a large Diet Coke
