I'm low carbing so....

Greek yoghurt with blackberries and Keto granola

Chicken and pesto lettuce wraps with some veg sticks

Beef and mushroom stroganoff, green beans.

Snacks: handful of macadamia nuts and a square of dark chocolate

Breakfast : Shreddies
Lunch: left over gnocci with tenderstem
200 Cals worth of dark chocolate and an oat milk hot chocolate
Dinner when I get round to it will be sweet potato, red onion, peas and chickpeas roasted in spices with a tahini lime dressing

Salt and pepper chicken strips with salad for lunch.

Really enjoyed the salt and pepper chicken strips so had more for tea, with skinny fries, broccoli and peas this time.

Two birthday cake fibre one bars.

About half a tub of dairy free chocolate brownie ice cream.

I am full to bursting now but honestly would not say no to some more salt and pepper chicken strips...

Breakfast: raisin granola, muffin with butter and jam. Two cups of coffee.

Lunch:egg salad sandwich, cheese and onion crisps, can of coke.

Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise, banana and butterscotch yoghurt.

Breakfast: 2 small slices warburton’s whole meal bread toasted with 12g Nordpak and a Clementine.

Lunch: 85g Piri Piri chicken fillet, 75g Tilda firecracker rice, salad (romaine, spinach, red onion, baby plum tomatoes, cucumber and sweet pepper), 18ml Aldi house dressing. An apple.

Dinner: 150g chicken fillet with Greek seasoning, 200g boiled new potatoes, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli and 1 tbsp instant gravy granuals.

Extras: 150ml skimmed milk and 40g Terry’s chocolate orange mini eggs.

Quite happy with today Smile

Breakfast - baked oats with blueberries, yum!

Snack - muller light

Lunch - Pearl barley , mushroom and butter bean stew - too dry, not enough sauce!

Snacks - fibre now bar, Milky Way mousse, walkers baked crisps, satsuma

Tea - sandwich thin with fried eggs and ketchup - tasty!

Mostly a yummy day!
