Snack: 4 squares dark chocolate mid afternoon; with a coffee

Lunch - half a carton of mushroom soup, carrot sticks, raspberries

Dinner - salmon stuffed with mozzarella and spinach with veggies

Snacks - a rice cake with peanut butter, a Cadburys creme egg

Drinks - water and camomile tea

one bowl of homemade tomato soup with cashew nuts (vegan) and pitta bread, half a roasted courgette with hummus. I looked longingly at the biscuits though.

Breakfast - pancakes made from a banana and 2 egg whites

Lunch - tuna salad with brown rice

Dinner - roast chicken, roast potatoes, stuffing and veg

Snacks - raspberries and greek yogurt

Drinks - water, camomile tea, a J20

B:40g porridge oats, berries, 100g Greek yoghurt
L: spinach, tomato, red onion, pepper, cucumber, mackeral fillet, tsp balsamic, big dolllop houmous
5 tortilla chips followed by half an apple, Greek yoghurt, sprinkling of muesli
S: almonds X10, handful of dates.
No dinner as 5:2
Drinks: 2 milky coffees, 1 tea, lots water

Two pancakes with lemon and sugar. Homemade pizza with veg and ham on. Slice of birthday cake. About to have curry. Not typical of my eating habits but it's my birthday and half term. Back to steamed veg and fish tomorrow.

Greek yoghurt, blueberries, mango and granola; lunch was crisps and pesto hummus, pork pie, coleslaw (homemade but not by me!), cheese, slice of bread and butter, chutney; beef dinner with all the trimmings (swede mash, Yorkshire's, parsnips, roast pots, gravy, green beans and broccoli) followed by apple cake and creme fraiche

B: 45 grams porridge oats with 100g berries and 100g Greek yoghurt
L: large salad with Edam and houmous followed by berries, yoghurt and muesli
Snacks: 3 cadburys heroes, 2 werthers original, an apple, handful of almonds and a pack of snack a jack's.
2 coffees, 2 teas and lots of water

Butternut squash and aubergine flatbread from my first Hello Fresh delivery. It was massive.

2 mugs of Yorkshire tea with semi skimmed.

4 cream crackers with butter, peanut butter and marmite.

Small cheddar and pickled beetroot sandwich made with white sourdough bread.

Dinner will be roast pork, roast potatoes, mixed root veg, broccoli, green beans, peas and gravy.
