So, Saturday I had:-
white bagel with low sugar peanut butter (crunchy) on one side and Flora Pro Activ on the other.
Hovis seeded toast with Cathedral City Light and 2 cherry tomatoes and black pepper.
Out for a walk with friend, had chips with mayo and 2 x teas with presumably semi skimmed milk.
Had chicken stir fry (various veggies including mini sweetcorn, mange tout, mushrooms etc) and rice for dinner with glass of Cava, 1 x large orange, 1 x Lindt salted caramel bar and half tube of Pringles ready salted.
Sunday - had low sugar peanut butter and marmite on Hovis seeded bread for breakfast and for lunch just had Batchelors Slim a Soup Minestrone and 2 x plums, finished off the Pringles, 1 Lindt Salted Caramel bar, 1 x orange.
For dinner had lentil pie (homemade with spelt pastry) with greek yogurt and mango chutney.
Over weekend various tea with skimmed milk, green tea and camomile tea and glasses of water.
Today - Oatso simple with blueberries and dab of golden syrup for breakfast, 1 x Cannoli with vanilla filling for snack, Baxters minestrone soup with grated cheese and small bit of Sainsburys cheese baguette, 2 x plums. Skimmed milk tea x 2 and green tea, 1 x glass water.
