B - porridge, sultanas, cinnamon, brown sugar
S - banana
L - spinach, half an avocado, poached egg on a slice of sourdough. Clementine and a bakewell raw fruit bar.
D - fish burger, tartare sauce, sweet potato wedges, salad, peas.
Square of dark chocolate.
Costa takeaway Mocha on a snowy walk.

Yesterday - 2 boiled eggs on a slice of toast. Half a carton of chicken soup, some cucumber and carrot sticks. An apple. A rice cake with some peanut butter on. Teriyaki salmon with some noodles and veg for dinner.

Satsuma and grapes

Chilli con carne with rice
Raw shredded cabbage; carrot; celery and shallot salad
Papaya, melon and blueberries

Plus tea; coffee and sparkling water.

L: roast butternut squash soup with sourdough roll
S: bag of ready salted
D: chicken pilau and salad, left over trifle, wine x2

Need to get back to healthier eating again soon - ditch the crisps, trifle and wine.

Everything. Today I have have eaten everything (or it feels like it!). Started off well but finished work and was exhausted. Started my period today so cutting myself some slack.
B: coffee with milk, 150g full fat Greek yoghurt, 20g oats, 50g blueberries
Lunch: Tuna salad with pudding of Greek yoghurt and frozen berries.
Snack: 1 coffee, 1 tea and 2 squares 85% dark chocolate, handful of almonds
The evening: 2 x chicken thighs, 1 pork rib, 1 crust bread with loads of butter, massive plate of roast broccoli and cauliflower with grated cheese, finger of kit kat, cup of tea.
I did 30 minutes of circuits at lunch.

L: veg soup, thin slice of sourdough with reduced fat pate and gherkins, apple
S: crisps, popcorn fibre1 bar, tea and fruit tea
D: lean burger with pickles (no bun), small helping of sweet potato fries and lots of salad leaves, cucumber and tomato.

Walked for an hour in the snow and did a bootcamp.

Complete crap...Tunnock's Teacakes, crisps, biscuits. I'm so bored with lockdown I'm permanently eating atm.

Have just guilt tripped myself into have healthy chick pea curry for lunch. Am now feeling slightly less repulsed with myself...

Thats all before dinner.

Currently 38 weeks pregnant so basically eating anything l want.

Tonight: Guacamole, sausage meat, Jerusalem artichokes. Odd combo based on what needs eating before it goes bad!
