Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

2 x slice of Seeded bread with peanut butter and a latte for breakfast

Babybel light, graze peanut butter protein square thing, salted propercorn , a shortbread finger and a cup of tea!

Bowl of porridge with banana and dollop of pnb.
Baguette filled with vegan pastrami vegan cheese salad and pesto dressing
Bean chillie with rice, avo, salsa, chillies, oatly creme fraiche and tortilla chips.
Packet of crisps/ 4 oreos/ apple

Lunch: cheese, lettuce and red onion sandwich

B - porridge, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar
S - dried fruit bar, hobnob biscuit
L - egg Mayo and cucumber sandwich, apple, caramel wafer bar
D - veg curry, rice, naan.
2 ginger nut biscuits, spoon of biscoff spread

Today
B - porridge - same as yesterday
S - banana
L - carrot/coriander soup, clementine
S - dried fruit bar
D - tagliatelle, bolognaise, salad
2 ginger nut biscuits

Today was a work day, yesterday a WFH day, hence the added biscuits 🍪

Yesterday as well as breakfast I had two Lotus biscuits, a Digestive biscuit, 2 plums, finished off two cream crackers, also one Laughing Cow light triangle and a Marmite cheese.

Had Baxters Minestrone soup with grated cheese for lunch.

For dinner had Turkish pilau chicken meal (small amount) with salad which included beetroot and avocado.

Had a few cups of tea with skimmed milk and glasses of water plus orange and camomile at night. Oh and Lindt mint chocolate bar.

Today had Jordans Granola, single greek yogurt, drizzle of honey and blueberries for breakfast plus 2 cups tea with skimmed milk.

Can definitely see now where/why I'm eating too much and how it happened!

B: smoothie bowl made with half a banana, 0% fat Greek yoghurt, frozen strawberries, chocolate protein powder and chia seeds (it was YUM)

L: low fat sausage and bacon medallion wrap with lettuce

S: homemade protein choc chip bar with a handful of blueberries and raspberries

D: will be mushroom stroganoff (no rice)

Over night oats with alpro mango yoghurt.
Smashed chickpea salad.
Packet of crisps and a apple.
Sweet potato wedges, roasted veg and meatballs with pesto dressing.
Just about to have a mince pie with some vegan salted caramel ice cream
2 mugs of coffee. 3 mugs of tea.

So yesterday for lunch had two plums, Bachelors minestrone slim a soup, home made egg and Hellman's mayo with cress on Vogel soya and linseed bread with 4 cherry tomatoes.

Mid afternoon - Nakd Blueberry bar. skimmed milk tea and green tea.

Ryvita pumpkin seed x 4 with marmite and Cathedral city light cheese plus the marmite cheese and Laughing cow Triangle.

Had the toad in the hole with 2 Linda McCartney herb sausages, mash and kale and carrots and Bisto gravy then orange. camomile tea and finished off with Lindt salted caramel bar.

This morning had vogel soya and linseed toast with Sunpat reduced sugar peanut butter and marmite, skimmed milk tea x 2 and peppermint tea because I feel sick.

Going via this week's diet not surprised I feel sick!

But that’s my usual (and that’s not a brag, I’m not stick thin or anything, just got a dodgy tummy most of the time!)

But I am eating vicariously through all of these posts. I’d bloody love some porridge!! And mushroom stroganoff sounds like heaven Envy (< definite envy)

Lunch was Baxters minestrone soup with grated cathedral city light cheddar cheese and 2 x Rye Ryvita with Flora Pro-Active and 2 plums, plus large glass water, green tea and now Nakd Blueberry Muffin Bar with decaff Yorkshire tea with skimmed milk.

Tonight having butter chicken, bringal bhaji (aubergine), garlic naan, rice, and poppadoms from the local Indian takeaway together with some Cava. Smile

Snack: Fibre 1 cake bar
Dinner will be a half portion of fish and chips from local chippy with peas and salad. And water. Still clinging onto Dry Jan. Grin

1 sugar and caffeine free coke.
