Bag of walkers ready salted baked crisps
Lidl microwave curried chickpea meal thing
Five peri peri oatcakes with vegan butter
A small handful of jelly beans
Dinner was a veggie chicken burger in a ciabatta bun with vegan cheese, Mayo and salad, with onion rings, roasted butternut squash and a rocket, pine nut, olive and tomato salad. It was bloody nice.

I’ll have a glass of wine later.

Just stumbled across this thread and hoping you don’t mind if I join in? I’m just coming to the end of a pleasingly successful Dry January, which has seen me lose weight through no post alcohol nibbling. I’m hoping the discipline of daily writing down what I eat will help me retain these improved eating habits.

B: natural yoghurt sprinkled with sugar-free muesli and black cherries, coffee
L: 1 slice of seedy bread with a bit of camembert and chorizo
1 slice seedy bread with butter and honey
some chilli lentil puffs
S: lots of water
Dinner will be veggie lentil soup, chickpea pancakes with salad and courgetti and chocolate pots all made by DS2 who is cooking tonight and has been slaving away all day in the kitchen

B: 50g porridge oats with whole milk, coffee
L: Homemade Turkish flatbread, prosciutto ham, feta cheese, homemade guacamole, houmous, sun-dried tomatoes, salad, Vegetable crisps. For pudding DD made scones with whipped cream and jam.
It was all bloody lovely and no need to eat anything this evening although I've made salmon and broccoli pasta bake for everyone else.
Loads of water and peppermint tea.

Bowl of cheerios, blueberry muffin, sausage sandwich and pop chips (half a family bag), half a chocolate Hershey's egg, currently waiting for pizza to arrive!!

Would normally have a lot more veg and a lot more healthy stuff but we are moving house so it's a case of what's in the freezer plus I'm pregnant so extra hungry

Snacks: 2 chocolate hobnobs dipped in tea

B: coffee, 2 slices white toast with butter and marmalade
L: large bowl chickpea, tomato and red pepper soup with chorizo croutons and a slice of cheese on toast. Pudding: chopped banana and mango with 2tbsp Greek yoghurt and sprinkling of muesli
Snacks: handful of dates, a welshcake and 3 carrots

No dinner as 5:2 tonight and tomorrow until dinner.

Slimfast chocolate shake, sushi (about 10 pieces), some katsu chicken (no curry sauce or rice), a strawberry quality street & slimfast sour cream pretzels.

Probs have a yoghurt before bed.

I've had no real appetite for days. Drank some milk, cooked some things which needed to be cooked which I will have tomorrow. Ate some very nice pizza this evening, lots of tomatoes and mozzarella with herbs, but there is still some left.
