Yesterday:
Breakfast - a few segments of tinned grapefruit; about 25g of Grape Nuts, 25g of chopped nuts, a handful of raisins and about 10g of whey protein powder, in a bowl with milk.
Lunch - vegetable stir-fry with some crispy fried fried chicken shreds on top.
Supper - cucumber, tomatoes, apple & pepper salad, smoked salmon, 2 pikelets spread with cream cheese; half a tin of sliced peaches.
Evening snack - a few handfuls of mixed nuts.

Yesterday I had three coffees
Salmon fillet mixed with cream cheese which I ate with veg sticks (carrot, pepper and celery)
Spag Bol with extra cheese, 3 pieces of garlic bread and a piece of Black Forest gateaux roulade. One glass of red wine.

This morning I have done a gym workout so I’m having a quakers protein porridge. I’ll probably have veg sticks and humus for dinner and then a hello fresh meal for tea.

Yesterday I didn't have my dinner I'd planned as no flour!

So had chicken Turkish Pilau meal with yogurt. Also finished off Walkers Thai flavour crisps, 1 Laughing Cow Light triangle, Marmite small cheese, Hazlenut Lindt bar and 1 pack of Rowntrees fruit pastilles.

Today just had Oats so simple with blueberries and small bit golden syrup and 2 cups of tea skimmed milk.

Unfortunately yes. Work day went wrong fast and I'm on meds that are making feel sick. Caffeine and adrenaline are the only thing getting me through Confused

I'm doing 5:2 and I'm on a 2 today.
Small pot frozen berries with 2 small spoons of Greek yoghurt
Three bean chilli soup
Apple and satsuma
8 almonds
2 x coffee with milk
Fruit tea and 2 litres water

Aiming for 700 Cals and think I'm about right.
I find these threads really interesting. Have realised I am a volume eater. I like large quantities so I try and keep them lower calorie. Luckily I like fruit and veg a lot!

I have been RAVENOUS today
Beans on toast
Another slice of toast
Bowl of leftover Dan Dan noodles
A bar of dark chocolate
Having vegan “dirty rice” so Cajun spiced rice with kidney beans and lentils, and baby corn on the side

And thankfully there’s no snacks in the house at the moment!

Baba ganoush on toast
Most of a big bag of twiglets
Leftover ratatouille pasta with a couple of slides of tofurkey
Five peri peri oatcakes
A few boiled sweets
Quorn fish fingers, chips and beans with spicy barbecue sauce

Wholemeal pitta with homemade humous, falafel, shredded cabbage and carrot. Shredded lettuce and red onion.
A few breadsticks.
2 milktray chocs
2 x chipolaltas with cauliflower and butterbean mash and onion gravy and peas.
Two finger kit kat.

Warm salad of pork fillet, pear, blue cheese and walnuts on baby leaves.
