3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

I have been awake since yesterday morning, so I will take today as starting at midnight.
2am chicken cup a soup, slice of bread, Jaffa cakes
5am 3 Bourbon biscuits
9am Jaffa cake
9.30am slice of cold toast
3pm 2 gingerbread chocolate digestives dipped in tea
6pm Dahl and a tortilla wrap
Will probably need more biscuits to survive until bedtime.

L - carrot and coriander soup, apple
S - Bakewell raw fruit bar
D - sausage, mash, red cabbage, cavalo Nero

L: fajita spiced chicken breast with peppers, sweet corn, black beans, avocado and lettuce with hot sauce

S: protein bar

D: chipotle chicken stew and quinoa

Houmous on posh toast.
Small bag of paprika oatcakes.
Leftover daal pasta thing (much more delicious than it sounds)
Lots of black coffee

Dinner will be butternut squash risotto with rocket salad and there will probably be a crumpet before bed.

oats so simple with blueberries, skimmed milk and golden syrup, 2 x rich tea light biscuits, 2 x apricots, baxters green lentil and tomato soup with vogel and Cathedral cheddar light cheese on it (cheese on toast).

Loads of Twinings every day tea with skimmed milk, 2 x green teas, 1 large glass water

dinner I think will be Linda McCartney herb sausages in batter (toad in hole), Bisto gravy, albert bartlett mashed potatoes with butter, green string beans and carrots.

orange for afters. Cammomile tea x 1 and large glass water.

debating on having Sainsburys bread and butter single pudding.

DS has just made chicken fried rice for tea which we had with some Chinese curry sauce. It was lovely. I'm a bit under the weather so not much of an appetite.

Breakfast: Berries and two tablespoons of Greek yoghurt and a handful of high protein granola
Snacks: apple, orange, pear, handful almonds
Lunch: chicken, sun-dried tomato and pesto salad
Snack: slice bread and butter
Dinner: Chicken Thai red curry noodle soup.
Melon for pudding

Half a cantaloupe.
Satsuma.
Small piece of millionaires shortbread.
Vegetable risotto.

Probably not the healthiest of days...

L. are breakfast late so just had 3 cheese crackers and a diet come
D salmon topped with pesto/breadcrumbs/cheese with rice and peas

About 6 cups of tea!

A small teaspoon of organic, hand picked oats with a sprinkle of cinnamon for breakfast.

An ethically sourced, perfectly round clementine for a snack.

A thimble of my own hand reared chicken with a salted quinoa salad, organic of course.

For dinner, a hand crafted rice cake with a drizzle of fair trade chocolate sauce.

I was stuffed.
