Fried egg sandwich for breakfast.

Huge bowl of mixed rocket and pea shoots with home-made French dressing later, with a very large trout fillet baked in foil. Yum!

Ongoing coffees and teas.

So far, half a grapefruit, vege sausages with scrambled egg on cheese on toast, thai noodles with fish. Supper will be lobster linguine. Maybe sticky toffee and date pudding with cream for afters.

D: Half a Papa John's Double Pepperoni pizza on a butternut squash bases plus some chicken wings. I have a cold and couldn't face cooking. I fool myself that the base makes it a healthier choice.

4 coffees, 2 hot vimtos and 2 peppermint teas.

Two Cumberland sausages, one slice of dry white bread, ketchup.

One heaped desert spoon of Reduced fat houmous, carrots.

Two ryvitia, tin of tuna mixed in with reduced cal mayo, cucumber.

A few olives.

A tin of vegetable soup.

Ive had five black coffees, four glasses of water and will be having a few vodka and diet cokes tonight.

I feel huge at the moment.

Gaic bread for tea because the kids played up so much I didn't even want the rest of the dinner

Gonna have more cake in a min.

I don't care. I have 2 huge cakes to use (2 of my dcs birthday this week) and only use to eat it, except the bits we've dropped to neighbours etc -

Muesli with banana, toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Black coffee and half a cinnamon roll.
Courgette and pea soup and a slice of pizza.
Tea and a quarter of a cheese scone (DP and I were going to share one, and then a couple of friends arrived for a doorstep chat and I felt obliged to offer them a bit)
Kedgeree with tenderstem broccoli.
Tea and a Bendicks mint.

Breakfast: branflakes
Snack: couple of pieces chocolate orange, some olives
Lunch: cheese sandwich
Snack: hot chocolate with marshmallows and squirty cream
Tea: takeaway vegan burger with cheese, onions and relish, and cheesy chips
Pudding: triple chocolate chip cookie with salted caramel sauce

Lots of coffee
Brunch - chopped tomatoes, a slice of bacon, mushrooms, 2 fried eggs and a slice of wholemeal toast.
Tea - BBQ - pork ribs, sausage and veggies ( cherry tomatoes, courgette and portobello mushrooms)

Four small round white pittas filled with rocket, pea shoots and lettuce tossed in home made French dressing, and filled (between them) with a whole block of Halloumi... oops...

D: dishoom gunpowder potatoes and bbc good food sweet potato satay curry

Will have some porridge with frozen berries later.

D: boiled Ham, egg (x 2 but only yolk), homemade oven chips and peas
1/4 homemade cinnamon bun

Feeling very full and looking forward to a day of no food on 5:2 tomorrow.
30 minute workout and 40 minute walk also done.
