Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

B: two scrambled eggs on a warbutons protein thin bagel

L: low fat chicken sauces, a bacon medallion and cheese slice and lettuce toasted into a wrap

S: misfits chocolate peanut protein bar

D: will be baked salmon with whole grain rice

Will probably then have dark choc chip porridge with raspberries and half a protein bar crumbled in for pudding

Trying to stick to 1500 calories!

3 cups milky tea
1litre water
B. 2 bananas mashed up with a tablespoon of peanut butter
1 pear
Greek yoghurt with flaxseed and dates

I 3 Turkey breast slices buttered with Philadelphia then wrapped with raw spinach

D. Will be chicken fajitas with wraps, avocado, peppers, courgette, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.

I will probably have a slice of carrot cake after dinner as it's winking at me.

B: Overnight oats
L: Pitta, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon plus an apple.
D: Smoked salmon and pea risotto

Drinks: 4 x coffee, 4 x peppermint tea, later I will have 2/3 Becks Blues.

B - scrambled egg, avocado, 1 piece of bacon on a small slice of seeded toast
L - veg chilli wrap, clementine, penguin bar
D will be homemade pizza and salad with a couple of glasses of red.
Ice cream or a few squares of dark choc for pudding depending on how my willpower lasts out.

Pasta, pasta, pasta, pasta. Literally.

I haven't had it for a while and craved it at breakfast time so roasted cherry tomatoes, feta, garlic and herbs then stirred it into pasta and wilted spinach. Gorgeous but with servings #3 and #4 I put in some sour cream to make sure it wasn't dry.

Simmered apple with spice and sugar with vanilla ice cream for supper snack.

Granola with prunes and yoghurt, toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Black coffee and a cheese scone.
Leftover veg bake from last night. Tea.
Tea and most of a cheese scone.
Pizza with red cabbage and carrot slaw.
A Bendicks mint.

Breakfast: Special K
Snack: lump of marzipan (leftover from Christmas!) and decaf coffee
Lunch: bacon, brie and cranberry wrap with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and asparagus, diet Coke, Reese's egg
Dinner: lasagne, garlic bread, peas and broccoli
Snack: mint tea and another Reese's egg Blush

Skipped breakfast
Lunch - leftover pasta with spinach tomato and aubergine for lunch
Snack - Graze chocolate oat protein thingy x 3- oops!
Dinmer - toast with butter and marmite and an apple
Bit of an odd day...

omfg - I started well but seriously declined (12-hr shift) - I must stress that I am normally much healthier 😂

1 bowl of Alpen, honey on toast (bizarrely with ginger), Earl grey tea with milk and honey.

Massive bowl of bread and butter pudding with sultanas, bananas and fresh cream.

A bowl of cherries, 2 pieces of toast and butter and some vegan chocolate Oreo cake 😫

2 creme eggs, a big bag of wotsits, 4 small loaf slices of white warburtons bread with 2 potato waffles (perfect fit for bread), tomato ketchup, diet lemonade (4 glasses), a big bag of steamed green beans with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

I know. Disgusting.

A bit of pitta with some humous and a handful of olives
Home made ratatouille with a cucumber and coconut salsa and some left over flatbread.
About five cups of tea
Nowhere near enough water.

L - salmon fillet with sweet chilli veg stir fry noodles
Some Yeo valley strawberry yogurt.

D - turmeric & nigella seed bread toasted with one slice of German cheese, peppers & red onion
A corner yogurt.

Snack - a caramel rice cake and many many cups of tea whilst wfh at computer
