S - banana
L - super greens soup, clementine, raw fruit bakewell bar
D - fish cake, sweet potato wedges, green beans and peas. Square of dark chocolate with a coffee.

B: 0% fat Greek yoghurt with a banana, frozen strawberries, vanilla protein powder and chia seeds blended into a smoothie bowl

L: low fat chicken sausages, bacon medallion slice of cheese and lettuce on a wrap.

Snack: misfits chocolate orange protein bar

D: will be a salmon fillet with 5 grain rice and spring onions

Might have a bowl of dark choc chip porridge for a sweet treat later if I need it

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Bran flakes with milk and sugar

2 packs of wotsits

Lunch: Courgette, tomato, potato, cheese bake

Tea: wrap with rocket, pepper, onion, bean, paprika, halloumi and sour cream

Green and black's hot chocolate with marshmallows and squirty cream
