What are you doing with your Christmas food leftovers?

Turkey or ham sandwiches is probably a given.

Bubble and squeak from the spuds, sprouts and carrots ?

Fried Christmas pudding ?

Toasted stale Christmas cake with butter ?

Brie, camembert and stilton on toast (glass of port optional) ?

Or do just give everything to the dogs, cats and pigs ?

Roasties, veg and Christmas pudding all gone. Turkey will be turkey Bolognese (it's in the freezer currently, we only had a crown). Christmas cake will just be eaten gradually! We're having a ham tomorrow and that will be frozen for various teas and sandwiches.

@HensInTheSkirtingBoard

It'll be fine *@thebearschairs*. We've just had risotto made with the last of the turkey and no-one's thrown up yet Grin

Thanks. Made a fab curry... shame I can't reheat it again!

Stock in progress now. Least waste possible is my aim !

I had a massive leftover batch cooking session today. I bought way too much food.

Turkey curry with potatoes, carrots and peppers
Pasta sauce with spinach, bacon and sausages
Meatballs with leftover sausages
Vegetable soup with carrots, parsnip, peppers, chilli, sage and garlic
Then I made a pie/bake thing with turkey, ham, garlic cheese, sage mixed together with spinach and a splash of milk, and then topped with sliced roast potatoes.
I froze the rest of the roast potatoes and brussel sprouts.
Its all gone in the freezer for easy meals when we are back at work.

I blooming love turkey stuffing and cranberry sandwiches and I freeze these for a few instant lunches. In June!
This year we had lamb but I bought a stuffed turkey thigh just for the sarnies. I'm a saddo...

I made turkey curry and turkey burgers. The burgers were served with the leftover roasties and sprouts, fried up.

I've frozen what was left of the cheesecake, in slices. I don't think there were any other leftovers.
