I've just been attempting to make a Minecraft Stampy from icing for dd2's birthday cake, while she's vanished upstairs to see what dd1's doing.

It's the wrong colour & very heavy, and wonky so I don't think it'll make it to the cake but we'll see 🤷‍♀️

I'm just going to finish my cup of coffee while it's still quiet down here, then think about hoovering the stairs (may only get as far as thinking about it, mind!)

I've just had a bath in the middle of the day as I'm seriously bored. One child is playing time table rock stars online with a friend. The other is also playing on line with his friends. DH is staring at yet another screen. He's working. The dog is snoring. I've got the Christmas lights on, house is relatively tidy, shopping order is done for tonorrow. Suppose I could give the woodwork a wipe down .. but that's you know.. boring!

Crocheting a sleeve for my boxy sweater, while DH does the cooking.

Watching snackmasters series one. And flitting about on her. Drinking tea in front of the fire.

I’m lying on my bed half watching TV and about to write Christmas cards. Have the shop coming later today and wondering how we are going to fit it in as well as the turkey.

Supposedly working. But bloody people won't bloody answer their emails, and I can't go any further until they bloody do.

Having a bath. Tiny human went to my mum's after nursery (single parent support bubble) so I'm relaxing after running around like a blue arsed fly this morning

Stuck under feeding baby, constantly reminding five year old to eat their soup. Just want a cup of coffee and shortbread.

Working from home whilst entertaining and feeding 3 children. Hoping people start to log off for Christmas soon! I want to relax and now have to buy food for Christmas dinner etc at some point this week!

Just out of the bath, contemplating a mince tart, kids have gone playing out, dh has just got in the bath, peace at last 😁

Under a duvet listening to DS giggle at videos. Pondering whether to get some lunch, light the fire, go shopping for last Xmas items, check work emails (officially we on hols). Dossing instead of doing any of that!

I’m sewing the ends in on a granny square crochet blanket - there’s flippin loads of them 😂

Bored out of my mind being poorly on the sofa. I'm not good at doing very little but every time I stand up I get dizzy.

I have my older girl having nap on sofa, younger girl playing with duplo making towers and im trying to get engery to put dishwasher on as need to make most of older girl naping but is being distracted by mumsnet!

My little boy is practicing commands with the dog and feeding him far too many treats.

I’m doing a bit of crochet, I had another online lesson last night. I’m making granny squares with little animals on, they’re going to be made into a blanket for my cousins baby. I’m steadily getting a little bit faster.

In about half an hour we’re going to the park, then from there we will walk to pick my partner up from work, mainly to kill a bit of time. We’ve been up since 6am so we’re a bit bored.

Having a cup of tea and a sit down before continuing to try to tidy the mess that is my house. We moved mid Nov and it still feels like a chaotic mess. We have much less storage and too much stuff. Adding Xmas stuff in isn’t helping. As quick as I get an area sorted another area becomes a mess.

I got distracted by MN on my way to the kitchen to tidy it up so I can cook dinner. Now I am wondering where DC are because I cannot hear them arguing.
