For me, a little cottage beside a lake in Italy.
Where are you going?

DailyPotion · 18/12/2020 12:49

I want to walk the Northumberland coastal path.

My wants have become very simple.

OrigamiOwl · 18/12/2020 12:50

Disney World or New York.

mindutopia · 18/12/2020 12:55

I was thinking somewhere in the Med or even Asia, little private beach with clear blue water, and I'm going by myself. Dh and dc can come on the next holiday with me.

Daisy829 · 18/12/2020 12:57

In 2019 we had an amazing 2 week trip to France. It wasn’t fancy just on a holiday park but it was so relaxing and the kids had a ball. We are hoping to do something similar as soon as we are allowed.

timeforawine · 18/12/2020 12:58

Looking at Maldives or going back to the Seychelles. I'm hoping next year.........

WhatAreWordsWorth · 18/12/2020 13:00

I quite fancy New York next Christmas, if that’ll be possible.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/12/2020 13:01

I'd be happy even with a night or two in a hotel local to us at the moment

Want to go to various places in Germany and Italy, and still haven't been to Krakow and really want to.

And I'd like to go to Whitby again, but not in the summer

happystory · 18/12/2020 13:06

Jump in the car and drive around Northern France....

Mydogisagentleman · 18/12/2020 13:08

Spain.
Me and DH are plannning to retire to Jerez region.
We have bought and cancelled 4 flights this year.
2021 I’ll see us arrive. I hope

Retiremental · 18/12/2020 13:11

Retirement to Spain is high on our list!

Skiing! It's our only big holiday and this is the first year we haven't been since my 15YO was 3. :-(

LadyCatStark · 18/12/2020 13:17

All being well it’ll be Turkey in October half terms but if we’re talking hypothetically it would be the skiing trip to Whistler that we lost in April 😢.

LaurieFairyCake · 18/12/2020 15:11

Cornwall

Will probably never fly again

Vanillaradio · 18/12/2020 15:14

Anywhere! Smile
I can't see us getting abroad anytime soon, might leave it for next year and do a nice cottage somewhere by the beach in UK if possible. I'm hoping for either Disneyland or a Mediterranean cruise in 2022.

TonTonMacoute · 18/12/2020 16:03

Brittany. We live in Cornwall and often used to get the ferry over there for short breaks.

Really miss it!

Wotrewelookinat · 18/12/2020 16:11

Lake Garda.....been planning it for a couple of years....cycling, sailing, climbing, food, wine.....

BearSoFair · 18/12/2020 16:31

Copenhagen and Stockholm. Have wanted to for years and used lockdown to really improve my Danish (already had some basic Swedish vocab) so it seems like the best time!

TeenPlusTwenties · 18/12/2020 16:32

Jersey. Next summer. Please.
It's our happy place.

pursuedbyablackdog · 18/12/2020 16:43

Somewhere with warm weather and good alpine walks.

PatsyStone39 · 18/12/2020 16:52

All I want from a holiday right now is to go to Blackpool. I'll sit in Coral Island playing bingo then i'll go eat fish n chips on the beach. It's a simple and laidback as it gets. Not very glamorous though.

LegoPandemic · 18/12/2020 16:54

Anywhere sunny.
We have a week off at Easter and I really want to book a week in the Canaries but I daren’t!

Watercoloursky · 18/12/2020 17:05

OH and I had a trip to Japan booked for September (spoilers: didn't happen), which we'd been planning for over a year - we can't wait to be able to put those plans into action! On the plus side, we've had a lot longer than expected to learn some Japanese, so hopefully we should find reading signs/talking to people a bit easier when we finally get to go!

perditaplum · 18/12/2020 17:07

New Zealand for a month to see my family.

smallandimperfectlyformed · 18/12/2020 17:08

I actually think that I would like to take the kids to Butlins next year, Skegness or Bognor. Would love to go abroad too but the younger ones may be too little. Having said that if I come into loads of money I would love to take them to Eurodisney/Disneyland etc

CountFosco · 18/12/2020 17:10

Probably Scotland to see family (16 months since we last saw them now).
