I'm a bit boring always having the same few. Inspire me with your choices please!

I'm not great at crazy hot but some spice is nice haha.

I've had a rotten week, bring on a feast.

Not v inspiring - motor paneer, onion bhaji, with either mushroom bahji or veggie jalfrezi. The BEST popadoms ever , completely un-oily and a bit charred 😍

BigFatLiar · 20/11/2020 16:41

Chicken jalfrezi

MrsL2016 · 20/11/2020 16:41

I usually get a dopiaza or a jalfrezi.

I like tasty but not hot. My 3 favourites are lamb balti, lamb rogan Josh and chicken biryani.

KitKatastrophe · 20/11/2020 16:43

I love lamb.

I usually order lamb biryani - flavourful rice dish with a side of veg curry so it's not too dry.

Alternatively lamb saag which has lots of spinach and garlic. It doesnt taste of spinach but gives it a lovely moist texture without being too runny or saucey.

I also like just a standard curry.

MotherWol · 20/11/2020 16:44

Samosas or aloo tikki, lamb bhuna or rogan josh, tarka dhal or chana masala, naan.

CornedBeef451 · 20/11/2020 16:45

Chicken tikka pathia, bit tangy, bit sweet , slightly hot.

user1493413286 · 20/11/2020 16:46

Chicken dhansak is my go to

Upupupintheair · 20/11/2020 16:46

I normally go for a chicken tandoori or chicken shaslik and then get a couple of veg sides! So good.

Crystal87 · 20/11/2020 16:47

A tikka or korma with peshwari naan bread. I love chicken chaat as a starter as well and tandoori lamb chops.

Breathmiller · 20/11/2020 16:47

Ooh a curry. Lovely. I usually order 2 side dishes..chickpeas and okra. Have them with pilau rice and onion bahjis

happytoseeyou · 20/11/2020 16:48

Order a Chicken (or Lamb) Dhansak for me please

grool · 20/11/2020 16:49

The last Indian takeaway I had was a mixed tandoori grill with a saag paneer side. I love a chicken passanda but can't have it as I'm low carbing!

feministbias · 20/11/2020 16:49

I love a mushroom bajhi

Recently ordered paneer by mistake And it's become a favourite.

Like a prawn puri

Skyliner001 · 20/11/2020 16:49

Saag paneer

TeddyIsaHe · 20/11/2020 16:49

I like a bit of everything with leftovers so I usually order loads.

Lamb shatkora
Masala dosa
Sambal
Dal makhani
Aubergine pakora
Saag aloo or aloo gobi
Lamb samosa
Onion or mixed veg raita
Coconut chutney
That delightful mint sauce I can never recreate!

Smellbellina · 20/11/2020 16:51

Chicken shashlik or Chicken dhansak or
Lamb biryani
With sag aloo and a keema naan... yum!!

doadeer · 20/11/2020 16:54

Oooh lots to consider here!
Thanks everyone

SugarCoatIt · 20/11/2020 16:57

Love a bhuna (and a korma)

Meepmeeep · 20/11/2020 17:00

Normally whatever their special is - so long at its spicy.

Bouledeneige · 20/11/2020 17:01

Chicken tikka masala. Nothing else comes close.

ConnellWaldron · 20/11/2020 17:02

Nentara but only if you like coriander

ranoutofquinoaandprosecco · 20/11/2020 17:02

Paneer rogan josh pilau rice, garlic naan! Totally want a curry now.

movingonup20 · 20/11/2020 17:03

Depends where I'm ordering from. Prawn stuffed seabass with dosa is my favourite but only the Keralan place does that, might have a prawn biryani tonight if i can't be bothered to cook.

toomuchfaster · 20/11/2020 17:03

Chicken tikka kurma. It's just a bit warmer and more flavour full than a plain kurma, but not spicy.
