I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in no 10 the last couple of days. This is good news, it’s been a good news week, Biden, vaccine and Cummings has gone 🎉

Cummings is trailed as leaving at some point soon, then suddenly he's left. Lee Cain is leaving. All of a sudden Carrie Symonds is being talked about as some scheming figure.
I can't work it out, but it stinks.

I can't work out why as director or the brexit campaign he wouldn't want to stick around to see it through and enjoy all the praise that will come his way when it turns out to be so marvellous next year. Very odd

Just listening to the BBC news, commentator made the observation that there are a number of ways Cummings and his box of mugs and staplers (for stitching people up ?) could have exited number 10. but Cummings being Cummings he went for the photo op.

I hope I am not the only person having a Diary of a Nobody flashback with all the goings of Cummings?

This better mean that Gove is being isolated and is in imminent danger of being relegated, rather than that he is distancing himself and throwing other under the bus.

I wonder if the unbelievable unaccountable contracts for mates scandals and the truth about Brexit delivery might at last bevrumbling internally. It does feel like Tory grandees have put their feet down, possibly in the face of worse scandals to come? Pre-emptive strike?
