Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

3 homemade mince pies, 2 chocolate hobnobs dipped in tea.
Am going to attempt to eat some tofu and mushroom curry and attempt not to eat any more biscuits.
(Everything feels like shit and eating proper food is too hard)

Diet ginger beer, decaf white coffee x two.
Planning on an Indian takeaway for tea so saving myself for that. Been feeling rubbish today and the weather is not helping!

L- chicken noodle cup a soup and a bagel thin
S- 2 satsumas and a mini mince pie
D- sweet chilli beef stir fry and wholegrain rice
S- 2 crumpets with peanut butter and banana, 2 advent calendar chocolates as I missed a day!

Cup of tea
Few squares of chocolate
Quiche, homemade chips, buttered leeks and peas

Yoghurt
Also had water throughout the day

Tuesday: B: porridge with maple syrup, black coffee, mouthful of OJ.
Mid-morning: black coffee
L: broccoli soup and a slice of bread
I think I had a cup of tea in the afternoon.
Supper: Sainsbury's cottage pie with carrots and broccoli.
Yesterday: B: granola with banana, raspberries and yogurt, black coffee, swig of OJ.
L: tried avocado on toast but couldn't manage it (have mouth ulcers) so ate remains of cottage pie.
Afternoon: tea, slice of lemon drizzle cake.
Supper: salmon with noodles and stir fry veg.

Afternoon: half a cup of tea and a tiny bit of lemon drizzle cake.
Supper: orzo and courgette bake, Brussels sprouts.

Yesterday:

B: Porridge with blueberries and a spoon of Biscoff
S: Decaff coffee with two lebkuchen hearts
L: Chicken mayo and avocado sandwich with tomatoes and asparagus, Diet Coke
S: Coffee with a Lindor bar (wouldn't normally have this, but it was a difficult work day!)
D: Breaded cod with baked homemade chips, peas, sweetcorn and broccoli
E: Salted caramel Magnum while finishing up work

Rather too much sugar and caffeine, but also got more than my five a day in so could be worse, I suppose...

I had a procedure today, so odd and unusual foods and patterns!

No breakfast, not even a coffee (that was HARD!)

L- chicken nugget happy meal on the way home & a costa cinnamon spice cappuccino made with almond milk

D- 1/2 cajun chicken pizza and salad

S- advent calendar choc, 2 crumpets with pb, strawberry cornetto and a mini mince pie

I've stayed off this thread for a few days because I've started Christmas face-stuffing. But today I will be honest:

B: carrot and ginger juice, coffee with milk
L: crackers and cheese, a pear, ready salted crisps, small low sugar yoghurt
D: roast salmon with noodles, green beans and broccoli
S: chocolate madeleine, 2 Celebrations mini bounty bars, glass of white wine, single whisky, tangerine

@Jenifirtree Grin that's what DC said. They were left over from a get together DCs had with friends. But they are the only Celebrations I'd waste the calories on.
