What's on the menu for dinner tonight?

I haven't seen one of these threads in a while.

So. I was going to make a casserole, it's a much loved JO recipe I have adapted over the last few years. I was planning on serving it with garlic mash. Ultimate comfort food.

However. It's been a long week, and I couldn't face the cooking tonight, so instead I'm chucking a couple of large meat feast frozen pizza's in the oven. I'll cover mine with both mayo and dried chillies. Possibly put some reggae hot sauce on the side to. Might add some lettuce for health reasons

Oh. And wine.

What are you having?

Ultimate fish pie with smoked cod loin, salmon, prawns, some unidentified frozen white fish from the freezer with a home made parsley sauce, cheesy mixed mash and the layered veg pot cheap from waitrose chucked in (Carrots, peas, sweetcorn and brocolli) Yum

Pasta bake filled with veggies. Half and half with cheese topping as I'm DF and hubs isn't!

Jerk pork shoulder & mash

My son cooked a tikka masala which tasted just like one from the Indian restaurant we go to , didn't have to cook and it was lovely ,winner winner .

I had cold smoked mackerel and cream cheese on toast and loved every bit

The DC had spaghetti and meatballs

Thai takeaway. Thai food is the best cuisine out there imo. I'll fight anyone over it

Clairey844 Oooo I love chilli! We had it last night with nachos.

I'm getting very hungry. Long day at work, and got a 'zoom' with family for an hr shortly. I'm already on the wine, so Jury out when I get my pizza. Dp is apparently 'cooking' the pizza, so I am estimating I'll eat at 10pm ;)

DH's homemade burgers with homemade chips, salad and onion rings. I'll be having a large glass or 3 on the side.

Now just need the football to finish so DH can cook said burgers!

I really want quiche now! I love quiche. I might have to make one tomorrow.

Girls are having maccas, and we're having Thai. And wine. Actually, that's possibly the wrong way round. We're (I'm) having wine. with a bit of Thai.

It's been a loooooong week. Lockdown is different when you're both working fulltime from home!

My husband made fish pie. We drank cider too. I am now having a mulled wine.
