Joe Biden looks sick

Did anyone else notice that Joe Biden looks like he has something brewing ? He looked washed out and breathless. I realise that these last few days have probably amassed a few sleepless nights, but usually the adrenaline would keep you going.

Everyone seems so determined that Biden is ill.

I look like shit when it haven't slept for weeks and am dealing with incredibly stressful work situations

He looks like a thoroughly kind and decent fellow to me.

@pineapplepalmtree lack of sleep affects immunity, but are you breathless ? When I’m tired I also look like shit, but he looks different.

@Serin I agree, he has a kind face. When he smiles it makes me smile. Still think he looks ill though.

I thought he did initially, but as he feels he’s getting closer to winning and he’s smiling more I think he’s looked better.

I wonder what Trump looks like without the make up and wig!

He'll be exhausted. Anyone would be, doing that campaign. Trump sounds different, too - he sounds knackered.

Yes, the winning of the first battle in the long, long war that will be to repair the damage done to his country, by his predecessor.

It makes sense to me that he looks tired. He's been the only one doing anything remotely presidential over the last 3 days - and he's not (yet) president.

He's a 77 year old man who probably hasn't slept all week and is being accused of ridiculous things. I think I'd look a little washed out after that.

Trump on the other hand sounds as if he’s been drugged up to the eyeballs. And his son is calling for people to be out there shooting republicans and rising up.... Such a fine example of a leader there. Not.

I doubt he's slept since Tuesday - I wouldn't have if I were in his shoes.

He’s probably exhausted as would someone half his age be in his position. Trump on the other hand is very ill but it’s not physical.

I would too if I had to keep my cool about how insane 45 is acting.

Of course he looks knackered! I’m knackered by this election, and I’m watching it on my sofa, eating chocolate!

I can make an observation. I’m gunning for Biden, but I can still have an opinion. If you think he looks fine/his appearance is a result of the sleepless nights - you can just say that!

and he will do a MUCH better job than the incumbent

I’ve already stated that I am gunning of Biden. If he is unwell then Harris will take the reins for a while. I’m not wishing it on him. It’s just an observation.

Look at his speech from last night. He didn't look sick at all. He was calm and measured, and asking others to remain peaceful and patient.

I wonder if it's the pale complexion that makes people think he's ill? I get people say the same about me. Rather that than the Tango man.

Biden has been drugged up for public appearances ... the man is clearly suffering from dementia or similar..

He will not be President in any meaningful way.. just a puppet with no actual power.. Its criminal that people have pushed this man to front their agenda...

Does anyone remember the difference in Obama when he first got in and when he left? He'd aged far more than 8 years.

I think he looks a lot better than Trump and sounds like a rational human -unlike Trump who clearly is now in need of psychiatric support(and has been for some time.

He looks exhausted but that's not surprising. Apart from that he comes across well and I am glued to the news hoping he wins
