Can I ask a monumentally stupid question about breakfast?

I've never eaten breakfast. My mum gave up about 14 and since then I've not eaten until about midday.

Anyway, I'm trying to change my habits because I'm a bit underweight.

I just can't fathom the logistics of actually making something to eat and cleaning it all up.

I get up at 6.30 and leave at 7.30. How long does it all take you? What do you have?

Ideally something low in calories because I couldn't be doing with toast.

To gain weight you need to be eating 2500-3000 calories a day

You need to be eating more than your daily calorie requirement. We don't know what that is for OP, so that's potentially quite misleading and would be potentially unhealthy. What's right for your dd isn't right for everybody and shouldn't be used as advice for others.

I don't like eating in the mornings & value sleep more, so have a hot cross bun. Its quick, effortless and easy to eat.

If you are underweight, a good thing to have would be muesli or low-sugar granola. You only need a tiny amount so it's very quick to eat.

Or a glass of smoothie and a cereal bar.

I chuck yoghurt, muesli and fruit in a bowl and eat it in 10 minutes. Only takes me 20 to get out of the door anyway.

Half an hour to scrub a pan? You need to use more oil if it sticks that much or get better pans.

A slice of rye/wholemeal bread with fresh avocado and/or without tomatoes.
A slice of rye/wholemeal bread with cheese, tomatoes
Toast with cream cheese and a slice of smoked salmon

It's also import the pan is hot before adding oil/butter. The pan needs to be properly oiled before adding eggs. Some pans are rubbish as well.
