A few months ago it was Boris now it is Trumps turn to be possibly very ill. I hope he is ok. Such a frightening time for americans.

OP posts:
TheEC · 02/10/2020 23:26

I don’t keep up with him but it’s the first time I’ve seen him wearing a mask

CoronaIsWatching · 02/10/2020 23:28

@OperationallySound

Hopefully Dr Scott Atlas will be looking after him......

Oh and if anyone thinks jokes or not wishing him well is a bit off, they'd do well to consider how many of the 200,000+ victims of covid in the US might still be alive if he had actually behaved responsibly throughout this crisis and modelled safe behaviour. He has their blood all over his hands.

Like he's any worse than let's delay lockdown for 2 weeks Boris Cummings (nee Johnson) / Whitty / Hancock /Sunak
cbt944 · 02/10/2020 23:29

He looked really grey and odd in that last appearance I saw, at some airport following another rally or whatever, not his usual orange colour at all. I hope he hasn't given it to Biden.

cbt Biden has tested negative thankfully.

Yummyplainscones · 02/10/2020 23:29

As long as the Tango Terror has a steady supply of burgers, Fox News and a Mega Dose of Vitamin D in the absence of a sun bed I reckon he’ll be able to get through this.

occa · 02/10/2020 23:30

I really don't care, do u?

I don't believe he has it. This is an election stunt.

And even if he does have it, my first comment stands.

DolphinsAndNemesis · 02/10/2020 23:30

@Hoglet70

I'm not a Trump supporter so don't flame me but if you discount his public persona and foreign policy, he has done a lot for the middle American working class bloke and they might well be concerned.
100% false.

Good "Get out clause" of any more debates.

Gorseandbroom · 02/10/2020 23:32

I'd be scared if I was Melania. If he's going for a sympathy vote he might not need to be the one that gets the most ill.

pregnantprayingmantis · 02/10/2020 23:33

@TammyTwoSawnson

I don't want him to die. I want him in prison. So on that note, I hope he recovers.

But the amount of sympathy or worry I have for him is zero. He's a fascist and a sociopath and a danger to society.

Spot on. My fear is he's going to come out of this with a mild case, "prove" Covid is nothing to worry about and he has a cure, skip the next debate and win the election.
PicsInRed · 02/10/2020 23:33

He looked unwell walking across the lawn.

He does. Walking across the lawn, he doesn't look himself - a lot of effort went into that and it's telling that in addition to no words from president, his walk to the helicopter did not go out live.

This is not a great moment for western international security. It's a very weak moment for us all in the West and we need stability restored to the US asap.

No he hasn't. He's created the impression that he's 'done a lot'.

He hasn't.

BrazenlyDefying · 02/10/2020 23:34

Melanias finally snapped and kicked him out.

IheartHarryStyles · 02/10/2020 23:36

I couldn’t care less if he dies or not. Except it will cause havoc with the upcoming election. Tbh no matter what happens it’s probably a win win for the republicans which is the real shame.

I don't think Trump has contributed in any way to Western security or stability, quite the opposite in fact.
MoonJelly · 02/10/2020 23:36

I hope he's okay. When all's said and done, he's a human being with a family who love him

Do they? I wouldn't be too sure.

viques · 02/10/2020 23:37

@AdoraBell

Or a UV light
Never made it clear exactly how they shine the light internally. Seems to me there are two options, and we all know Trump can't stop talking.......
Dustballs · 02/10/2020 23:37

I hope he is ok

Really OP? Why?

😂😂
PlonkItDownNOW · 02/10/2020 23:39

Can't say I'll be sorry if he kicks the bucket.

jessstan1 · 02/10/2020 23:40

I just heard about it. I feel sure he will recover and rise from the ashes like a phoenix.

quarlly · 02/10/2020 23:45

I don't really get all the hate for him, I wouldn't want anyone to be ill

Lockheart · 02/10/2020 23:45

Whilst I won't be celebrating, I can't say I feel a huge amount of sympathy for a man who trades in nothing but misinformation and hatred.

He's claimed the virus affects virtually nobody and has admitted to playing it down. He refuses to wear masks and continually holds crowded rallies.

He has no-one to blame but himself.

NicholasTopliss · 02/10/2020 23:45

He will be getting every possible treatment. Something millions of Americans can't afford.
