Trump being airlifted to hospital

A few months ago it was Boris now it is Trumps turn to be possibly very ill. I hope he is ok. Such a frightening time for americans.

Boris's symptoms went from mild and still working, to going to hospital simply as a precaution to being in intensive care by the next morning.

Trump apparently hasn't tweeted all day. I'm not often on Twitter but isn't he a regular poster?

I'm guessing he's actually pretty ill and this is quite serious.

I don't like him but I wish him a good recovery. I think those acting pleased about this or even worse, wishing him ill, need to look at themselves and their actions. Comments like that make you worse than him.

I don't want him to die. I want him in prison. So on that note, I hope he recovers.

But the amount of sympathy or worry I have for him is zero. He's a fascist and a sociopath and a danger to society.

Not necessarily. The Republican Party would select a replacement candidate - even though some early voting has already taken place in this election.

No. the ballot cannot be changed now. What would happen if he - or Biden - dies before the election depends on the rules for the electoral college in each state. It would be a highly complex situation.

I think he is ill if not very ill. one thing is certain, nothing that is said by the White House will be true.

Just saw that he isn't going for tests (which was my assumption). He will be staying so they can monitor him in a hospital setting.

I didn't think that symptoms became serious in week 1. Isn't it week 2 when people usually deteriorate? That's what my DC was told by the GP today (she's in week 4 of covid).

He is ok. They just want to give him that experimental drug he have been praising about. This is just a precaution since he is a president. He will get the best care from the government.

I don't think he's seriously ill, i think it's more a precaution. In the USA celebrities and other high profile people get admitted for trivial things like exhaustion. I don't believe it's a PR stunt, if anything it makes him look worse as he was mocking the opposition for wearing masks.

No they don't.

Both here and in the US 'exhaustion' is used as a euphemism for mental health breakdown and/or rehab.

In amongst all the japes and jokes I can't help but think there is a worried young man out there tonight, his son, baron, who didn't choose to be trumps son. Nor did he choose to end up as potus son in the white House.

His mum and dad both have it.

Apparently Boris wasn't monitored at no 10.woeful. He was just going down hill.. Until that was it, only noted by other mps in a zoom meeting.

Potus on the hand, every breath will be watched and monitored. I did think his eyes looked odd when I saw him in debate. Corona can make the eyes feel strange. He looked unwell walking across the lawn.

It's such a huge move, I'm thinking, things are looking quite bad. I think they would have done all they could to keep him under wraps at white House.
Unless of course he demanded to to be flown away because he wants to have the biggest corona fight there is...
