I'm awake because my asshole neighbours teens are having another party(regular occurrence) and it's just shouting and screaming,music and fighting in the street 😭

I'm supposed to be completing an assignment for submission by Monday, as you can tell it's not going well!

I'm up feeding my beautiful 5 month old, actually very happily knowing its dp turn to get up in the morning and I get my lie in I wait all week for. I definitely make the most of it and stay in bed till about 12

I woke up in a panic at 2am because I suddenly remembered I hadn't saved the changes to my tesco shop that's arriving. Tomorrow's shopping will consist of a chocolate cake and a bottle of pinot noir. I've tried to salvage things by managing to book a Morrisons delivery for Tuesday. Now I think I need a wee. Kids are up at 6 😑

My arm hurts from painting and someone's car alarm has started going off

I was up watching Guardians of the Galaxy on TV but I guess someone local has been having a party or the local pubs were packed tonight as I came to bed at 1.30am and the next hour and a bit was a steady stream of drunk people shouting/talking loudly as they made their way along the road (sometimes going past multiple times, there was smashing glass at one point so DH went to double check our car was ok and there's no sign of broken glass but someone's dropped their takeaway in the street as there were chips everywhere.) The noisy people seems to have stopped now so I'm just waiting on the gulls discovering the chips, guaranteed it'll be just as I'm drifting off.

It's been so hot here our bedroom windows are open which hasn't helped though. There's also a dog down the road who must get ignored or left alone as it barks constantly for a good 10 minutes every time there's someone noisy outside at night, that usually ends up more annoying than the drunk people as they usually move past quickly at least.

Just as I was about to hit post, my dog started scratching the carpet which woke DH, he told the dog off, rolled over and started snoring. He often has RLS type issues with his legs when asleep so I'm just waiting on that starting next. It's now a race between that and the gulls. Tempted to get up and read for a bit if that does start though.

Its Sunday morning here, although I could do with a nap!

A very old friend from school has come for the weekend age we've been talking with out drawing breath since 11am. We've finally admitted defeat and retired for the evening.

Because it's 2pm in NZ and I'm enjoying a Margarita on the deck In the beautiful hot winter sunshine watching the neighbours frolic on the beach.

I'm up cos I'm a night owl. Have been watching a few episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer on amazon prime, then completed a couple of online shops, then a bit of Mumsnet. But starting to flag a bit now so think I'll be going up the wooden hill in a mo.

Chronic insomniac plus 2 kids 2 dogs in/on bed. Dh happily snoring away in spare room.

God, that sounds seriously awful. Hope you are managing to get some sleep now.

Because I'm listening to my ex partner's (10 years together) live DJ stream and chatting in the comments section with everyone. Because I am absolutely not over him even though I left our house just before lockdown, a lot of my stuff (and cat) is still there, and I haven't given up hope that we might get back together. He's been doing these live streams almost every single week since lockdown began, and I've listened to them all. That's the honest answer 😳

I have no idea why I'm awake!went to bed just after midnight and my body stupidly just woke me up at 3.40.Probably screwed by body clock up by staying up until around 4am last night.

P.S. needing hope you are ok...sounds like you will need to report to police in the morning for support.

I’m up breast feeding my 9 month old (who still doesn’t sleep all night) But I’m also just enjoying the cuddles as I know it won’t last forever.

Fell asleep early after a busy day at work followed by a trip to Lidl for weekend food.

Got woken up by noise outside at midnight and now can't get bak to sleep.

I've emptied the dishwasher and am about to make another cup of tea and a toasted bagel because I'm now hungry

My bed has been taken hostage by two small children.

I’m awake thinking about an ex I left 6 years ago. Biggest mistake of my life but my own fault, I cheated so felt I had no option but to end it. Not sure I’ll ever stop loving him.

Because this week I found out my friend had died and another friend has cancer.
I've had my youngest daughter move back in temp due to above.
Today/yesterday other daughter had argument with her gf ,so she's on my sofa.
Just need son back for a full house.

I have 2 1/2 months left to finish my nursing degree and bricking it.

I want a fag but gave up when I had covid.

Visiting family at caravan. I had pretty restless sleep, needed pee and then so did the dog so had to pop outside. Wide awake now 😳

I am 10.5 hours in to a 12.5 hour night shift. I'm a lone worker and have absolutely nothing to do so lurking on here being nosy!
