Films with unexpectedly good soundtracks?

Just that really!
Does anyone know of any soundtracks from films that are unexpectedly amazing?

We drove quite a distance yesterday to get to our UK holiday destination and listened to...

The Peter Rabbit soundtrack! It's such a great soundtrack, but really unexpected! Such variety of music- and some really good tunes 🎶🎵🎶🎵!

Does anyone have anymore to share?!

Cruel Intentions. It came out when I was a teenager and I've outgrown the film but still love the music.

MerryGrinchmas1 · 12/08/2020 08:24

Guardians of the galaxy is my ultimate favourite!

Yes yes yes to cruel intentions!!!! I bought this soundtrack in Swansea circa 2000 when I visited for an open day! Haven't listened to it for years but I bet it'll still remind me of driving over the bridge into Wales!

Also loved the soundtrack to Save the Last Dance!

Snatch (any of Guy Ritchie's films actually)
Cruel Intentions
Trainspotting
and Dirty Dancing Grin

Just to clarify .... a university open day! Not an open day to Swansea town! Blush

Just coming to say Twilight and sequels. I still listen to some of the tracks from those soundtracks today. Whoever did the music for those movies totally nailed it.

stripeyplant · 12/08/2020 08:35
