Norma had been a Mumsnet regular over the years and we are so sad to let you know that earlier this morning she died. She had been very ill (not Covid related ) and in the end her body couldn't cope any more. Devastating for her husband and their wonderful children, their families and friends. They will miss her terribly.

Norma really wasn't one to burden others with her worries, but was a very kind and selfless friend. So supportive of others. Generous to a fault in many ways, and very bloody entertaining.

Utterly devastating news.

We thought there may be folk on here who'd like to remember her. It's such a shock. Can't quite take it in. :(

We will miss her.

I was lucky enough to meet her @JustineMumsnet's 15th Birthday bash in London with Zombie, Cod, @BIWI and a host of others. Norma and I were too FRIT to go in on our own so we arranged to meet up with quite a few others in the end at the pub round the corner. She was great fun. Just bloody ace, was a great evening and I'm so glad I met her

I regularly told her how very loved she was.

Very sorry to hear this, sympathies to NormaStanleyFletchers family, this is a terrible loss and mid pandemic is even worse. I did not know her other than her posts on here, but she was a lovely kind poster, and as someone who's been on here since 2005, I would like to acknowlege her kindness and wish her family comfort for their terrible loss.
