We've got staggered drop off/ pick-up times next year. Both DSs on different slots 10 minutes apart.
For a couple of years I've looked after a friend's child too, and they are a different year again which stretches it another 10 minutes each time so that's 2x 20 minutes apart each day. Their parents are still WFH at present so it's not an imminent concern...
It's going to be interesting enough to get my DCs arses into gear after 5.5 months off anyway without having to do it 10 minutes earlier and then pissing around for 10 & 20 minutes for 3 different drop-off times. I live too close to justify even thinking about moving the car and sitting in it (I'd end up outside my house anyway!), but with the one-way system extending the walk into school, it's now tight to even walk to and fro shuttling them in.
The other thing is about minimal equipment. DS1 is supposed to use a computer for his dyspraxia/ dyslexia and if we could be faced with a shut down at any moment, he is going to need to shuttle it back and forth so the DCs both have access to a computer. Then there's other things like special scissors.
If Covid 19 is going to enter my house, it's most likely to be from a child breathing on me, not a bloody laptop!
