5 ft 10 how much do you weigh?

Inspired by the 5 ft 3 thread.
Prior to lockdown I was 10 and a half stone and pretty strict with myself diet wise. I am now 11 stone and more relaxed and can't decide whether to try to loose half a stone or stick with where I am now.

I’m 5 7 and 10st 11. I’m happiest at 10 stone but I just can’t seem to maintain it for long because of my —stupid fucking-- disability. If I was healthy and could get out and about like I used to I could go back to my old self but ooohhh noooo.
Not sure this is helpful but just joining in!

Northernsoullover · 09/07/2020 17:39

Beginning of lockdown 10st. 8 weeks in I was 9st 7. I had terrible anxiety and ended up taking medication which has helped but I'm now 11st. I'd like to get back to 10st or 10.5.
I'm trying to cut out crap rather than diet but I am genuinely hungry all the bloody time. I'm replacing snacks with toast or cereal but wonder if they have the same calories as my chocolate bars Confused

BurntOrange · 09/07/2020 17:40

I'm nearly 5ft 10. Currently 11st 7. Happier at around 11stone or ideally 10st 7

LovingLen · 09/07/2020 17:44

10st 10lbs at moment but sometimes 11st and 5’10”. Used to be about 10st when I was younger but it was hard work.

goatley · 09/07/2020 17:45

5'9"

As of this morning I'm down to 170 lbs. I had got up to 178lbs during the first few weeks of lockdown.

I've been tracking food on My Fitness Pal religiously - only having wine one day per week.. 😳

I probably won't get to much below 160lbs (if that) as I have a LOT of muscle.

Orangedaisy · 09/07/2020 17:53

11st 2lb ish. Was 11st 13lb pre lockdown. Heaviest I’ve been is 14st but that was years ago, lightest 9st 10lb but that was a bit skinny for me really. I’d say I’d like to be 10st 7lb, that’s a size 10-12 which is nice.

Twizbe · 09/07/2020 17:56

I'm 6fl and before lockdown I was 14st 6 I'm now 13st 9. I'm still shifting some baby weight.

My ideal is between 12 and a half stone and 13 stone.

Haz1516 · 09/07/2020 17:56

5ft9 and my weight has been pretty consistent at just over 10 stone for the last few years (aside from when pregnant!) I'm slim but not overly skinny which I like, as I was always a fairly lanky teen when I was younger.

PicklePig31 · 09/07/2020 18:04

9.5 stone. Happy weight. Size 6/8 but athletic.

StrangerSwings · 09/07/2020 18:15

5ft 9, 9st 3, same as before lockdown

redcactus · 09/07/2020 18:22

5ft 9, was 11 stone before lockdown now nearly 12. Really need to stop treating myself too often!

vampirethriller · 09/07/2020 18:33

15 stone. Not bothered about losing anything.

Wolfgirrl · 09/07/2020 18:35

5'9 and 10st8 at last weigh in. Will only think about changing diet etc if I hit 11.

Namechange21212121 · 09/07/2020 18:46

12stone and a curvy 12. Pretty happy, have love handles but life’s too short to punish yourself!

ginsparkles · 09/07/2020 18:47

I'm at my heaviest for a while at the moment at 11st 7. I like to be around 10st 7. 11st is the scary weight that I try not to go above. (Blooming lockdown baking!)

DramaAlpaca · 09/07/2020 18:50

At 5'10 the perfect weight for my frame is 11 stone. Was 8lb less when I was young, but now I'm postmenopausal I like to carry a bit extra to protect my bones.

doadeer · 09/07/2020 18:51

Wow I'm surprised how light people are at this height. I'm 5ft 9 and even when I was super fit and a size 8 I was still 10.5 stone. I'm 12st 3 now but after I had my baby I was over 14 St, I've lost a lot of weight so far. I had horrific pelvic pain, I couldn't walk and I'm still in physio and rehabilitation at the moment 17 months after I had my son. It has been a nightmare.

But I'm on it now! Doing 1:1 pilates and yoga with great teachers and I'm getting so much stronger... Did a 1 min plank this week which I never would have been able to do a few months ago. Progress!

My ideal weight would be 11 and a half stone, I've got big boobs and bum and I don't want to lose these!

TheoneandObi · 09/07/2020 18:52

Are you me, OP? I'm your height and weight. I'm pretty happy with it. A few more lbs off maybe but it's not vital.

Littlemissweepy · 09/07/2020 18:52

9st 8lbs, with added 3 lockdown lbs.

Deelish75 · 09/07/2020 19:39

I’m 5.10. At 10.5st I looked gaunt, but at 11st I looked fine.

IpanemaSunshine · 09/07/2020 19:45

5ft 9 and a half. I’m 10 stone exactly. I lost weight in lockdown due to having a long covid illness. I looked very gaunt at 9 stone but better now I’m back up to 10 stone.

legalseagull · 09/07/2020 19:58

I'm also surprised how light everyone is!

At my peak - when I was running lots and looked great - I was 10.5 but now at 35 and with two young toddlers (2 and 1) I've crept up to 12:2. I would be thrilled to get down to 11:7 and stay around that mark

Mama12345678 · 09/07/2020 20:18

10 stone. I like to be 9.5 but settle around 10 if I’m not careful or breastfeeding.

augustusglupe · 09/07/2020 20:25

I’m 5ft 9 and a bit and weigh 9st 7
I’ve always been 9 stone something, ever since I was 15. I’m 56 now.
I put on 2 stone when I had DD but lost it fairly quickly.

BlueRaincoat1 · 09/07/2020 20:30

Im 5 ft 10.5 and 9 and a half stone. I have a v fast metabolism. I was 9 stone for ages while breatfeeding and didn't look well. I couldn't put on weight. Since stopping breast feeding plus lockdown I've put on half a stone. Still don't look great . My boobs have totally disappeared which makes me quite sad :-(
