Analogue childhood, digital adulthood - good way of putting.
M parents did get a ZX 81 - though I remember nothing about it.
Born late 70, 80 childhood and teen and young adult in 90's and still saw those safety adverts.
One place we lived with the children there was a walk to out of town lesuire park with cinerma which had overhead pylons everytime the kite one poped into my head. It was worse when we went to nearby bird scantuary near a power station and the walk went under some huge humming pylons - both DH and I were thinking about the kite safety program.
Didn't see train one - think they were more worried about us being crushed to death by the gaint hay rolls.
