I am going to the shops, and I will buy you a wrapped biscuit. Eg KitKat, Rocky, club etc
No chocolate bars . Has to be something from the biscuit section/aisle and has to be individually wrapped, so no triple chocolate cookies or custard creams.

What do you choose?

I choose a 2 finger KitKat.

Tesco's own brand caramel crunch biscuit.

UnfinishedSymphon · 16/06/2020 22:40

Is a Drifter a biscuit? I'd class it as a chocolate bar.

I would have said fruit club but they've put that horrible nasty bitter layer in now, between the biscuit and the choc, so I'll go with orange club. Thank you please

Orange club bar.

TheRattleBag · 16/06/2020 22:59

Talking of kit kats...... I saw a tv programme which shows that the mushed up bit between the wafers in a kit kat is actually mushed up reject kit kats themselves.

So how did they make the first one if they needed to fill it with itself?

Fox's classic all day long. Can't believe it doesn't have more votes

DopamineHits · 16/06/2020 23:04

A Sainsbury's Polar Mint bar?

Dumpyandabdabs · 16/06/2020 23:05

A roundie! Mmmm

Geometricprince · 16/06/2020 23:11

I'll have a 54321.

Or if you don't have a time machine just a tunnocks caramel wafer will do. Or a mint viscount. But I'll be thinking of a 54321.

hotstepper4 · 16/06/2020 23:32

Are we allowed to have discontinued one? I need a mint echo

Stiffkeyandpink · 16/06/2020 23:34

I've just had a brief flashback to being in a church hall with what was like a custard cream but the filling was pink and raspberry flavoured. I grew up in the church - Sunday school, brownies, guides, a gospel reader, affiliated primary and youth club discos but these biscuits were rare. Such a vague memory thats just popped up. Anyway, not a wrapped biscuit but there it is

FlamingFircones · 16/06/2020 23:41

I like rocky bars but (stupid) dh doesn't. He likes a mint viscount (still stupid).

If I had to choose now it would probably be an orange club but if I could time travel it would be a UNITED. Best wrapped biscuit ever .

BlueVinca · 16/06/2020 23:42

Trio

nevergoingoutagain · 16/06/2020 23:44

Gold bar!

BobGalaxy · 16/06/2020 23:45

Another one for Tunnocks Caramel, please!

Lindtnotlint · 16/06/2020 23:47

I had an orange club for the first time in years recently. It was divine.

But I remember as a child thinking a Toffee (?) Trio was the best thing in the world. So I might have one of those if they still exist.

Bloodhoundgang · 16/06/2020 23:50

@Stiffkeyandpink I remember those. Hated them but I loved the Jersey creams. Like the raspberry /strawberry /custard creams but in a blue packet.

Are drifters still a thing?? If so, I'll have one please. Or a timeout chunky if you can get back to 1997

alifeintheday · 16/06/2020 23:51

Time Out or Drifter. Yum!

Excitedforxmas · 16/06/2020 23:52

Jammy wagon wheel

ErrolTheDragon · 16/06/2020 23:52

I'm hopping on this time machine to get a mint YoYo. Viscounts just aren't as good (or as big, iirc).

Gammeldragz · 16/06/2020 23:55

Kit-kat style two finger ones. Not genuine Kit-Kats, preferably the Lidl ones.

emilybrontescorsett · 16/06/2020 23:56

Yes United biscuits were the best.

Gammeldragz · 16/06/2020 23:56

@Bloodhoundgang there was a Time Out Chunky? Envy (actually is envy).
