For me it's people (especially men - yes, I'm being sexist) who shake hands like a limp lettuce. Takes all myself control not to wipe my hand down my side ....

What's yours?

I've mentioned some of these before.
Horizontal Flats/Tower blocks.
Dead spiders. The way they bunch up creeps me out.
Submarines. Imagine being trapped in one. You'd have both claustrophobia from being inside the submarine and the fear of the open water that was surrounding you.

Different length finger nails, especially if one or two are really long 😷
Tin foil near teeth.
Open mouth gum chewers.
People who scrape their teeth on the fork to get the food off- please no!

Wooden lolly sticks

I have to wrap the paper around the stick before eating.

Dead animals - not even just wounded ones like road kill or small creatures attacked by cats but pets like guinea pigs, cats etc that have died peacefully. I can’t touch or look at them.

All the more peculiar because I have laid out literally hundreds of dead people and have no issue at all with that

Green washing-up liquid, I hate the smell and the way it congeals around the top of the lid

tinseltitsandlittlegits me too with eyeballs. I could never have contacts and the thought of seeing someone putting in or taking out contacts makes me want to heave.

I can't even bear to look at photos of eggs or eggs on tv. A Scotch egg cut in half, a poached egg with the yolk running out of it, Nigella cracking an egg into a curry or soldiers dipped into a soft boiled egg. However I love eggs and have no problem with using them in recipes or eating them.

Those little hairs that escape your ponytail blowing into your face in the wind. Quite specific, but makes me shudder and want to rip my own face off!

Slugs for me too. And they love my outdoor plants 🤮

Fruit.
The skins, peels, pips, stalks, seeds, cores, stones...
They make me want to heave. I can't touch any of them.
Feel dirty and like I need to scrub my hands if I do.
It's a good job I love vegetables.

Pruney skin after long exposure to water. I hate the texture of fingers and toes. I can't open bottles if my fingers are like that.
Like nails down a blackboard.

The thought of teeth falling out. There's an episode of Supernatural where this happens and ugh, it freaks me out so much.

When people crack their knuckles. The sound is horrendous .
Padded cells and the thought of being trapped in one.

Those old shop mannequins with faces 😩 stuff of nightmares.

Crabs

Walking alone in the countryside. Scares me to death.

Agree with pp about ventriloquist's dummies, clowns and mannequins. Also china dolls. Creepy fuckers.

Railway lines especially when they are hissing and crackling 😱
