I was wondering today about a few old posters that either left or I haven’t seen in ages
Riven , eatshitderek (i think that’s what the username was) and another one I can’t remember the full name ghost something who was in temp accommodation I think ?
Does anyone else ever wonder about posters they dont see anymore

And Andrewofgg who I suspect name changed.

Andrewofgg did a terrible thing and got the correct amount of grief for it and flounced IIRC.

I also remember a big fall out over Moldies where loads of original posters went off and formed their own forum with certain selected other members.

Several others from the SEN boards who really understood and helped me when DS was diagnosed with autism.

I was hoping he had got banned along with the other trolls.

Ah I miss Peachy, she was lovely to me and so kind.

The JudgeFlounce saga was a classic wasn't it.

I've just been down a rabbot hole and searhed my first two usernames (which contained my real name you couldn't do that now).

We had a meet up in 2005.

JudgeFlounce was the first "big" troll weren't they? It was a big shock at the time.

And the awful think is that even though lots of people had their suspicions no-one really cared until she started to give out some really awful legal advice to vulnerable people.

The first troll I came across was someone on Babyworld called Keeralou who spun this whole thing about her baby dieing.

I can't remember what year my first Christmas meet up was. But it definitely wasn't 2005 because I was too in awe of MN Royalty.

I had missed the whole thing & looked her up today. The baby turned 6 this year.

Six? I would never have thought it was so long. Biscuit’s DH seemed like a real goodun. I’m sure the DC are being well looked after and their mum’s memory is kept alive for them.

I’m so very sorry to hear that.

I have been here around 13 years - my dcs were teens back then and now they are both adults ,living with their partners in their own homes. I am even a grandparent! How time flies.
One of the names I miss is TrickyTreeLou I followed her threads from the start and was always in awe of her strength. I was on the 'birth' thread when we all dropped pins on a map to show her how much support she had all around the world. I hadn't posted on her threads for a while and last time I looked she seems to have nc'd but I haven't seen anything from her for a while. I really hope everything is going well for her and her dc. Maybe she's even met someone new who deserves her.

Otherwise, I remember a lot of the names mentioned on here. Some I miss, others, to be honest I don't. Zombie inspired me to learn to crochet so I could contribute to the Candy's hugs.
I don't think there's so much humour here now. If anyone started a 'cutter up pear' thread today, they'd probably be blasted for not taking life seriously enough.
To those 'names' who have updated us and who are in the throes of health difficulties, I wish you well.

Who was it who had two boys, I think she was a teacher (but not a class teacher) and one of her boys school refused? Not a lot of details, but we were always on the same threads (probably because we both had school refiners) I think I had this posting name at the time, so if it's you, please let me know how you and your DSs are.

Oh, and I think she lived near Liverpool but I only know this because she pm'd me
