Just been on the "something has just moved in my stomach" thread and it opened where I had last read up to and the post was in grey.
Yes after all these years on mumsnet I have found the bookmark feature...........
Feel so stupid but like that makes sense really.
Please tell me im not the only one.

Thank you not feeling as silly now, all those years of scrolling to find out where I last read to, and the bookmark button is right there in plain sight.

Oh wow. I didn't know either! I sometimes don't bother returning to threads as it would take me ages to get to where Iast was!

Does it take you to where you last read too? I feel like I scroll for ages!

Not a new feature, it's been around for quite a while (I look at Mumsnet on my phone via the main website; not sure about the app).

On the app press the three dots above the post. Gives you two options, bookmark and report

Unless until recently you had to first press the three dots to find bookmark...? Anyway, its been a feature for a while, but possibly not as obvious as it is now.

"hover over the bottom right hand corner of the post"

why would it occur to anyone to hover over something which has NO INDICATION that it's got anything there?

What do you mean? You can always re-bookmark anywhere on a thread, even the first post.

I'm using the app on an iPad, to bookmark I slide to the left (where the time of post is) and the bookmark facility appears. To then cancel the bookmark I slide to the left again and it gives the option to remove it
