It’s being broadcast on the nasa YouTube channel and website.?

Just under 2 hours to launch, they’re just shutting the hatch now.

we often watch the ISS go over but shame we won't see spaceX too

As Tim Peake says you may well be able see spaceX ( assuming sky clear), just that you will not be able to see it's first pass over the UK after launch, because the sky is too late, but on the second time around about 90 minutes later.

JRM... are you on some delay?.

it's 25 minutes to launch now...launch due 22 minutes past the hour (2022 UK time)

Thinking back to the Apollo launches, where live TV viewers were lucky to get a shaky view from one or two cameras positioned miles away from the pad, I have to say I am impressed with what I am seeing on the webcast....

Definitely a change for the better....

Furball · 30/05/2020 20:07

Haggisfish · 30/05/2020 20:10

Me too-it’s so cool!

InsaneProbably · 30/05/2020 20:10

I've been enjoying all the chat and explanation on the livestream while waiting. I'm watching the SpaceX's livestream, although can see there are several ones going.

GrimmsFairytales · 30/05/2020 20:13

Fingers crossed i'm wrong and it goes ahead, it's looking pretty good at the minute.

Over 1 million people watching on youtube

bluefoxmug · 30/05/2020 20:15

Furball · 30/05/2020 20:15

The space X livestream is 30 seconds ahead of nasas

bonsaidragon · 30/05/2020 20:16

DS says the number watching has doubled recently. It's got him voluntarily off the xbox, he's been glued to the tv for hours - for once we left it on during dinner.

Thesearmsofmine · 30/05/2020 20:17

Watching with my 3 boys, they are very excited!

Absolutely amazing.

So glad they were able to launch, and do so safely.

mrsjg · 30/05/2020 20:30

Looks like a real smooth ride, even from lift off.

Haggisfish · 30/05/2020 20:30

Wow!

InsaneProbably · 30/05/2020 20:30

So exciting. I get quite emotional at various launches and probe landings etc.

bonsaidragon · 30/05/2020 20:30

I may have done quite a few screen shots.

Bertucci · 30/05/2020 20:35

I’d love to know what Flat Earthers make of this.

Furball · 30/05/2020 20:36

how they get the boosters to land like that is crazy

bonsaidragon · 30/05/2020 20:36

@Bertucci

I’d love to know what Flat Earthers make of this.
It's all faked in a film studio.
