For some reason I will not try banana fritters.
Just the idea of eating them makes me go gaaaaaaah 😣

Dripping. FIL loves it & apparently I would if I tried it 🤮

WeAllHaveWings · 22/05/2020 08:11

Offal - liver, kidneys, tripe - just why???
Black pudding - congealed blood?
Love lobster, prawns etc, but heave at the thought of muscles, whelks, oysters - they all look like slimy snotters.
Wouldn't try eels either

LunaHardy · 22/05/2020 08:12

Oysters... Yuck

ElizabethMainwaring · 22/05/2020 08:12

Scrambled egg, fried egg, poached egg.
Omelette.
Last tried a boiled egg over thirty years ago.
Never again.
Occasionally think about trying scrambled eggs but bottle it.

ConnellWaldronsChain · 22/05/2020 08:12

Bread sauce - looks like cat vomit

Bienentrinkwasser · 22/05/2020 08:13

I’ve eaten oysters cooked but couldn’t touch them raw 🤢 Pretty much anything else is fair game.

WhatHaveIFound · 22/05/2020 08:13

Pigs trotters
Tripe
Egg sandwiches

MadameJosephine · 22/05/2020 08:15

I opened the thread thinking that there was nothing I felt like that about but on reading it I actually realised I ‘hate’ tripe, oysters and blue cheese but have never even tried them

petalpower · 22/05/2020 08:16

Jellied eels
Tripe

CookPassBabtridge · 22/05/2020 08:16

Fried eggs Envy

Hunnybears · 22/05/2020 08:17

@TheLightSideOfTheMoon

Anything from a tin. Always smells like pennies.

😂

00100001 · 22/05/2020 08:17

Oh god, yes, jellied eels give me the Herbie jeebies.

Pate. I have no idea why people want to eat a meaty paste that smells like dog food.

Emilyismyfavourite · 22/05/2020 08:21

Any kind of egg and mince pies.

Izzabellasasperella · 22/05/2020 08:22

Tapioca and peanuts.

TamingToddler · 22/05/2020 08:24

A slimming worlder instagrammer puts squash in her omelette, genuinely can't fathom that 😷😷😷

Comps83 · 22/05/2020 08:26

Cockles , muscles , oysters , liver , kidney , most seafood

Hunnybears · 22/05/2020 08:27

Oysters
Mussels
Caviar
Smoked salmon
(Pretty much will only eat cod, haddock, cooked salmon or tuna steaks)
Liver
Kidney (as in steak &)
Haggis
Black pudding
Venison
Rabbit
Dick
Pigeon
(Again basically I’ll only eat chicken, pork, lamb and beef)
Beef must not have any pink in it and rare is imo ‘raw’ 🤢 and I couldn’t eat it.

Cheese I’m a fuss pot with too-so-

No cottage cheese smells vile. No soft cheeses on crackers, although I do love a baked Brie or Camembert- but absolutely has to be hot.

And no cheese from anything other that a cow. I can’t stand the thought of cheese made from anything other than a cow.

Mayonnaise although I will have a little to bind up tinned tuna- no more.

Yes I’m a nightmare with what I can and can’t eat and none of it is due to allergies. I’m just weird!

Hunnybears · 22/05/2020 08:28

I mean duck 😳

sluj · 22/05/2020 08:28

Seafood. If they didn't live in the sea they would be insects and I wouldn't eat them either.
Also blue cheese, the smell is too strong and I can't get over the fact it has "gone off"

Waxonwaxoff0 · 22/05/2020 08:28

Octopus. The texture - sounds chewy and rubbery. Envy

Willow4987 · 22/05/2020 08:30

All shelfish. It’s the texture

VettiyaIruken · 22/05/2020 08:30

Squid
Tripe
Eel
And lots of things that are quite normal in some countries eg guinea pig, insects, fried spider, that cheese with maggots in, etc

HandfulOfFlowers · 22/05/2020 08:30

Jellied eels
Chicken feet
🤮

Tomorrowsanewday · 22/05/2020 08:30

Oysters
Tripe
Caviar (not that I could afford it)
Frogs legs
Anything with currants or sultanas, crunching into them and then they go all squidgy
Octopus
