It's my nose. I've always felt so uncomfortable by it. I'm unsure if it's a genuine unsightly nose, because let's be honest some of us do just have not so nice features, or if I'm a bit warped and it's fine.

I've read that noses have names but I've never seen one that matches mine. At all.

Would you change it? I'm very happy to receive negative criticism on my nose. I know myself that it isn't pretty Smile just wondering if you'd bother with surgery? I would have the cash to do it soon I hope

Better off spending money on nicotine replacement! Your nose looks fine

MoreOrNone · 19/05/2020 15:16

Your nose is cute !!!! I’d love mine to do the slope thing , isn’t that what most people who have nose jobs are looking to get ??

summerblues · 19/05/2020 15:17

Reading that you look in the mirror and see "an ugly beast" is so so sad! You are so beautiful! Dont change.

GuiltyBark · 19/05/2020 15:17

Ohh you are so pretty! I didn't think there was anything wrong with your nose and I'd kill for your skin :)

ElsieMc · 19/05/2020 15:19

Years back I worked with a solicitor who had a longish nose that suited her face perfectly. She was very attractive. She later told me she had had a nose job, paid for by her late husband. She said she had a very good surgeon, he refused to do a button nose type job and just took away the large bump on her nose which she described as a hooked nose. You would never have guessed but once I knew, I spent some time rudely staring at it. I could understand why she had it done but with you, you look perfectly lovely.

Largish noses run in our family and my girls and nieces do not have small noses. Yet they are all pretty - not just bias on my part, it is commented upon. In fact, once people know they are cousins, they say that they do have a strong family resemblance ie the nose!

Please do not change who you are. I hate the look people strive for now with the perfect white teeth, which if you are not careful look like dentures.

I had to have corrective surgery years back on my nose (septoplasty) with a deviated septum. It is known as an unpleasant operation for a reason and would even urge caution with this.

WhoAteAllTheDinosaurs · 19/05/2020 15:20

Normal nose. Leave it alone!

littlejalapeno · 19/05/2020 15:21

No way! It’s a lovely nose and suits your face

Esspee · 19/05/2020 15:21

Smoking is extremely ugly. Your nose is absolutely fine. Give up smoking and forget about your nose.

1forsorrow · 19/05/2020 15:22

@Notverybright I have gappy teeth too and haven't regretted not changing them. I would've changed them at 17 but I couldn't afford it. No doubt it's put quite a few men off, but that no big deal. I was 15 when I had my freenum cut and started with braces. I think back then it was easier to get orthodontic treatment so it didn't cost me anything. Apart from not liking the gap my freenum was so large it hurt when I brushed my teeth and sometimes bled so I was glad to get rid of it. I'm not sure it would put men off, lots of men told me it was cute but then again maybe they were being a bit dodgy with a 15 year old.

guanciale · 19/05/2020 15:24

nice whitened teeth

Jaichangecentfoisdenom · 19/05/2020 15:24

MoreOrNone - the reference to nicotine was because in one of your earlier posts, your predictive text must have changed "smile" to "smoke" Grin
But I really came on here to say there's nothing at all wrong with your nose, and you look very pretty (in the photo where you're smoking!) and I would like to look like you myself!

1forsorrow · 19/05/2020 15:24

I had to have corrective surgery years back on my nose (septoplasty) with a deviated septum. It is known as an unpleasant operation for a reason and would even urge caution with this. That's what I was offered after I broke my nose, my septum is definitely deviated. It only bothers me when I've got a cold and my breathing is affected.

ConnellWaldronsChain · 19/05/2020 15:26

Perfectly normal nose as far as I can see from all your photos

hfrdgftcsdg · 19/05/2020 15:26

Don’t you dare. You’re very pretty and you should be grateful for that. Do not ruin yourself.

TheNavigator · 19/05/2020 15:26

You are a beautiful young woman with a lovely normal nose. You are lucky. Please stop the self hatred and learn to enjoy what you have before you are old and wrinkled (like me Grin)

MarginalGain · 19/05/2020 15:29

I honestly think you have a great nose and I can't work out what you think is wrong with it.

Please don't.

ILikeyourHairyHands · 19/05/2020 15:31

You habe a perfectly lovely nose OP, don't be messing with it.

As for all those who leapt on the smoking typo, she doesn't smoke and even if she did, she didn't bloody ask about that!

GailHugger · 19/05/2020 15:37

Goodness no! Leave your lovely nose alone!

CrunchyCarrot · 19/05/2020 15:37

No way, your nose is much nicer than mine!

BillywigSting · 19/05/2020 15:39

@MoreOrNone well my grandad was a sailor around Gibraltar in the 70s and 80s and had a theory that the men had a reputation for being so passionate because the women were all so beautiful!

Or as my very scouse little cousin would say 'shurrup la, you chattin shit? she's pure fit' Grin

bibbitybobbitycats · 19/05/2020 15:42

OP, just coming on to say you are very pretty and nowt wrong with your nose at all!

Higgeldypiggeldy35 · 19/05/2020 15:43

Nope, your nose is perfect and you look really pretty

bibbitybobbitycats · 19/05/2020 15:43

I second this! I hated myself when I was young, but realise now I was not bad looking at all.

Yelllow · 19/05/2020 15:46

It's gorgeous! But that being said, it's your life and if it's bothering you this much then go for it! I "fixed" something that bothered me and 15 years later I'm still so happy with my decision.
