Why is my neighbour doing this?

He is pressure-washing the leaves of his trees and his hedge. he has done it about every 2-3 days for a couple of weeks now.

I am finding it a little odd, but there may be a reason for it.

I was standing looking out the side upstairs window today (can't think how else to describe it) the kids next door were in their paddling pool, all fine but the dog was in there with them too, ok so fair enough, but the pool was on the trampoline and all I could think was "I bet I could land right in the middle of them from here with one good leap" that's when I realised lockdown boredom had hit rock bottom, so I went and rearranged the book shelves again.

I don't know but my neighbour power washing his entire house every weekend and soaps it up and everything. Meanwhile we are next door never having ever washed the outside of our whole house.
