Hello fresh customers

I recently discovered hello fresh and it has been a god send in the current climate. I not only have nice food, but also an activity in he evening (I’m not a natural cook!).

It is expensive though and once the shops return to normal it will be a treat rather than a weekly regular.

But can I ask people ho use it, do you eventually get bored with the choices. And did you ever get the free meal box to send to a friend😊.

We've been using gousto for 2 years now, love it. We've tried hello fresh and mindful chef but gousto have a better choice and are more flexible. They currently have limited the menu and are offering some Charlie bighams meals while they expand their factory facilities to increase capacity.

@woollyfoolly I thought the Gousto offering looked pretty poor compared to HF, that explains it.

@mayaginger I think they said they’d about halved the number of available recipes temporarily.

Gusto. I order a box for delivery in a couple of weeks yesterday and they seem to have returned full menu

HF Just got my first box. Everything bagged together except.the fresh stuff which was in a cold pack. No items missing except garlic I'd have thought it an oversight in one recipe but it was missing in 2 of them so perhaps they had run out? ( luckily I have plenty of garlic)

I think Hello Fresh went down in quality a couple of years ago as it expanded but I really rate Gousto and they have been brilliant during lock down.
