Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Blueberry and cinnamon porridge and a latte.

Three gluten-free crispbreads with low-fat humous, cherry tomatoes and a handful of tortilla chips.

Spaghetti with mushroom ragu, gluten-free garlic bread, glass of wine, two chocolate rice cakes.

Apple.

Grapes.

A lot of mint tea.

B porridge. D green split pea, mint and carrot soup with hm bread. T tomato, mushroom, celery and chestnut stew with mashed potatoes and red cabbage

I'm struggling to practice any social distancing from the fridge...

Breakfast- 2x Weetabix with half a banana
Snack - 1x slice of bread with peanut butter (it was Meridian if that's any excuse) ...rejected snack from our toddler so I had it.
Lunch - quarter of M&S quiche with cucumber and tomato salad. Oops then another quarter as dessertConfused, followed by a large plum.
Dinner - homemade tuna, potato and ricotta plait with boiled veg (double pastry in one day!!)
Lots of tea and coffee...
Just also had a Twirl...

B- 2 slices toast with sunflower spread and marmite
L- wholemeal roll with herby chicken and salad, some veggie straws on the side
S- freddo ice cream sandwich
D- chicken chow mein (ready meal)
S- 2 weetabix with almond milk and a banana, 6 mini eggs (from the everlasting stash)

Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs with smoked salmon & chilli jam

Snack/lunch: 1 banana, handful of salted caramel seeds, small manderin, handful of pistachios, small box of raisins

Dinner: salted chilli chicken breast with peas/cauliflower/sweetcorn and sweet chilli sauce

Currently having a rockshore beer and probably another 4 Grin done 10,000 steps and 20mins on my exercise bike as need to lose weight lol

Greek yoghurt, teaspoon of lemon curd, blueberries and a sprinkling of granola.
Thai veg curry soup with brown rice.
Raw carrot and hummus.
Tuna salad
Perl Las cheese on 2 water biscuits.
Massive glass of red 🍷

Breakfast was my allllll fine favoyrite mean, shakshuka with chorizo and sourdough toast.

Lunch was a giant crumpet and a cup a soup

Tea was lime and chilli salmon, fruity cous cous, homemade coleslaw and another piece of sourdough (carb fiend!)

Dessert salted caramel carte dor and choc you sauce, pictures included cos I'm a good geek and bored! 😃😊🐷🐷

Today so far I had 2x poached eggs on toast, a huge bag of maltesers and a scone with jam & butter. A very healthy day I'm sure you'll agree Wink

D- bag of ham and pickle crisp ,coconut bun
T- sticky and Smokey chicken drumsticks ,chips and corn on cob ,carrot cake ,vanilla ice cream
Lots of decaf tea
I'm now really fancying some cockles with cheese and onion crisp

D - linguine With a spicy tomato, courgette and bacon sauce.

1 zero alcohol beer
1 bottle Peroni
Cup of camomile tea

Oat milk for several teas and one coffee through day
2 satsumas
Small ham roll, 2 crispbreads with hummus
Pear
Random slice of ham

Handful of mixed almonds and pecans
Left over chicken joint with roasted butternut squash, cucumber, large tomato chopped into bowl salad.

Breakfast was flapjack

No lunch

Dinner was homemade sweet potato falafel and a chicken kebab with salad and a whole meal pitta

Snacks were blueberries and a bag of chocolate buttons

Drank water and 1 can of Diet Coke

Did a 30 minute Joe Wicks work out

@priya38 I've attached a recipe from Pinterest for you, hope this helps. I mix it up so if I've no chorizo in I'll use bacon and put paprika in. Sometimes leave out the feta or occasionally use grilled halloumi on the side, enjoy its delicious!!
