I also love starch:

2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B - 1/2 Slice of seeded bread with honey (other half nabbed by dd). Cup of tea.

L - 1 x corn on the cob and sparkling water

Snacks - salted crisps, strawberry yoghurt.

Dinner - salad with asparagus and garlic bread.

Drinks - tea and sparkling water.

Porridge with honey
Cheese omelette and baked beans
Few radishes Hmm
Green smoothie with black kale Envy
Ice lolly
Gluten free spaghetti with roasted veg, basil pesto, cheese.
Mrs Crimbles macaroon

4 coffees, 5 pints of water, red wine

Exercise:
10km walk
45 min bike ride

Today:
Greek yoghurt
Porridge with blueberries, banana, and honey
Bowl of marrowfat peas Hmm
4 rice cakes with peanut butter
Apple
Jacket potato with butter and cheese, cheesy coleslaw, large mixed veg salad with sweet corn, beetroot and dressing and two boiled eggs
I have saved the last Mrs Crimbles to have with some red wine later

4 coffees, 4 pints water

Exercise
10 km walk

Terrible day
Did a 5 mile run/ walk
2 slices of toast with butter
Homemade veg soup
Tub of hargen Daas ice cream
Couple of tangerines
Handful of grapes
Quinoa, sardines and boiled egg
3 milky bars

I've been eating every hour except that hour I went for a run 😞

B - Multigrain porridge with extra chia & some homemade blueberry jam.
S - piece of shortbread to combat low blood sugar - nearest thing to hand.
L - Sourdough toast, bit of cheese, mixed beans in tomato sauce. Raspberries.
D - pasta, homemade marinara sauce, cheese, garlic mushrooms, corn on the cob.
Glass of white wine, lots of decaff tea, 3 pints lime squash.

(It's very focusing doing this!)

L: Homemade orange and sweet potato soup, leftover sourdough with butter and ham
Bag of bacon rasher crisps
Sn:Slice of toast with peanut butter and sliced banana
D: Roast chicken, roast potatoes and parsnips, green beans, cauliflower cheese, carrots and gravy
Sn: A Freddo, 3 crackers with cheese, butter and pickle, 3 glasses of white wine 😬

Throughout day: orange squash and multiple cups of breakfast tea

S - tea and coffee throughout the afternoon
D - chicken fajita pizza with salad and coleslaw
S - glass of white wine, bottle of beer while Boris was on, rhubarb gin when he'd finished!

S - Banana, cup of tea.

L - ham & cheese toastie with I packet crisps. 1 pint orange squash. 1 cup of tea.

S - 3 crackers with cream cheese. 1 beer bottle. 1 pint sparkling water.

D - pork stroganoff with brown rice.

1/2 bottle red.

Herbal tea.

Brunch: Grilled sausage, beans, toast, egg, tomatoes
snack: Fresh berries
Dinner: Burger and fries, salad.

Lots of water, decaf and herbal tea, coffee.

Yesterday I had--
B: toast with raspberry jam, tea
L: mackerel fillet, a big mixed salad with olive oil. Banana. Chocolate biscuit. Coffee + water.
D: falafel, lemon + coriander hummus, roasted vegetables, flat breads, feta cheese.
Some dark chocolate in the night.

Today so far/will be--
B: porridge, blueberries, almonds and walnuts, coffee, water

L: cheese salad roll, crudités with hummus. Kiwi and strawberries, Yoghurt. Coffee + water.

D: will be fish, chips and peas.
