Yesterday was--
B: Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, mango, chopped nuts. Coffee + water.
L: two mini frozen fishcakes, green beans, broccoli. Water + coffee.
S: two shortbread biscuits, cup of tea.
D: lasagne and salad. Water.

Couple of dark chocolates and decaff tea in the night.
Today--
B: 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, coffee, orange juice
L: small portion of leftover lasagne, banana, yoghurt with rhubarb compote, water, coffee
D: will be Philly cheese steaks, homemade chips & salad.
I'll have some dark chocolate tonight.
