2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B: Weetabix with blueberries and banana, coffee, water

L: cream cheese and cucumber sandwich, tomatoes on the side. A peach. Yoghurt with rhubarb compote. Tea, orange juice, water.

D: courgette frittata, chips, roasted vegetables. Water.

Just having a cup of decaffeinated tea and few chocolates.

Breakfast: 1/2 a cupcake

Lunch: 1 English muffin with 1/2 an egg, 1/2 English muffin with peanut butter

Snack: banana

Dinner: chicken and pea risotto with far too much cheese

After dinner gorge: 1/2 a tin of tandoori chicken masala Pringles 🤣

Fried eggs and bacon, 2 slices toast.

Home made pizza ( had red onion, mushroom, pepperoni, chilli oil on mine) with a small glass of red

Another slice of gin and tonic cake and an earl grey tea

Loads of (mainly hot ) water all day .

Snacks - 1 choc biscuit, handful of Maltesers, strawberries and a peach yogurt.
4 x cups of peppermint tea and 2 litres water.

Yesterday was--
B: Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, mango, chopped nuts. Coffee + water.

L: two mini frozen fishcakes, green beans, broccoli. Water + coffee.

S: two shortbread biscuits, cup of tea.

D: lasagne and salad. Water.

Couple of dark chocolates and decaff tea in the night.

Today--
B: 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, coffee, orange juice

L: small portion of leftover lasagne, banana, yoghurt with rhubarb compote, water, coffee

D: will be Philly cheese steaks, homemade chips & salad.
I'll have some dark chocolate tonight.

Sesame bagel with cheesey coleslaw and cheese (again Hmm)

Mini Snickers

Mushroom omelette
Large salad with 6 different veg, feta, honey & mustard dressing
3 slices cheese pizza (DC’s fault as they should have eaten it!).

4 coffees, 4 pints water, I pint coconut water, glass red wine.

Exercise: 45 min bike ride.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - museli and mango

Lunch - salad and salmon sandwich

Dinner - museli and mango - had a headache and didn't feel like eating much

Snacks - 2 biscuits, small chocolate bar, pop corn crisps (tried them, not keen but ate the whole packet)

3 coffees, green tea, orange juice and lots of water

No exercise as not feeling great
