2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B- two rashers of bacon, 3 mushrooms and egg sunny side up.
S- baby bell, few Brazil nuts
D - spinach, cucumber, iceberg lettuce wrapped beef patty with grated cheese
S- berries and cream

I had nothing for breakfast - usual, eggs royale for lunch and we're having salmon and vegetable orzo for tea (with the left over hollandaise).

Dairy milk (a lot)

Not very healthy but I have done a 5k walk today with the dog so it could be worse Grin

L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- two rich tea fingers, a plum and some popchips
D- chinese chicken stir fry with egg fried rice
S- 1/2 a dairy milk easter egg, a banana and some plain greek yoghurt

L - 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice bacon, sourdough, digestive
D - Red thai veg curry & noodles, glass red wine, 2 flapjacks. few tortilla chips whilst cooking.

B - Turmeric tea, peppermint tea
L - Chipotle salmon, whole grain rice, roast broccoli
D - Chicken in a spicy tomato sauce, (mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic), whole grain rice.

Also had a small glass of red and small chocolate bar 85% cocoa
I'm on a bit of a health kick and look forward to the wine and chocolate so much!

B: Berries and Greek yoghurt, small slice of homemade flapjack
L: Small ham and cucumber wholemeal roll, packet of Walkers french fries.
D: Baked fish, few oven chips, peas and salad.

Yesterday was:

B - homemade nutty granola with milk, a banana, coffee, water

L - cheese + pickle sandwich, mixed salad. Yoghurt with rhubarb compote. Water + tea.

D - an Aldi Thai fishcakes, homemade chips, peas & asparagus.

A bottle of white wine, crisps, sea salt dark chocolate in the evening!

Yesterday: B porridge. D hummous and salad sandwiches, apple. S ginger biscuit. T pan pizza topped with sardines in tomato sauce, mushrooms and pineapple, with a little cheese. Dessert pineapple mousse. Snack later due to essay writing until 2am: crust of bread with peanut butter and honey, few raisins
