Apparently he has died from Covid-19

I don't really remember him from The Goodies but I did like him on I'm sorry I haven't a clue.

Sad really sad. Met him a few times as a child when he played cricket and was of the Goodies generation.

Devlesko · 12/04/2020 13:53

I loved him in the goodies too. The funniest thing I ever saw him do though was the character he played in the original Charlie & The choc factory. Where he told the computer told him "exactly what he could do with a life times supply of chocolate"

RIP Tim Thanks
Thanks for the memories.

AmelieTaylor · 12/04/2020 13:53

f1fan2015 · 12/04/2020 13:56

This news has hit too close to home for me, our last outing to the theatre was to see him in I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue on the 15th March :-o He was on fine form and lots of the jokes were about the virus and impeding shutdown.

Sad sad news RIP

nitgel · 12/04/2020 13:58

Rip Tim

willowmelangell · 12/04/2020 13:58

Aw sad news. For absolutely donkey's years I thought his name was, Timbrook Taylor. Something to do with the way The Goodies was introduced. I always thought, that is a funny name to give your child...

Bagadverts · 12/04/2020 14:03

RIP Tim

Topseyt · 12/04/2020 14:03

Very sad. I mainly remember him from The Goodies, with Graeme Garden and Bill Oddie. That was a staple of my childhood.

Sympathy for his family and friends at this time.

BeetrootRocks · 12/04/2020 14:05

'Timbrook Taylor'

That's how it's always said in my head as well!

Remember the goodies a bit, I was young though. Something about nose voles comes to mind!

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 12/04/2020 14:08

So sad. I loved The Goodies in the early 70s and am a diehard ISIHAC fan. Condolences to his family.

Etinox · 12/04/2020 14:10

Thanks for the laughter, Tim
