Having said that, ICU is the best place if there are serious problems. Not everyone who ends up in ICU dies.

Just saw that. True that not everyone in intensive care dies, Linda Lusardi is now recovered and at home, lots of others have recovered after a sting in ICU. Praying he will rally quickly.

50:50 is for Italy. It’s much worse odds in the U.K.

(Not that it’s really a case of “just” but you know what I mean) He could be there so that he can be given strong IV antibiotics and oxygen, plus have observation 24/7.

I don’t know the stats for people with CV coming out of ICU, but I do know that people do.

On a personal level, I have been in ICU three times, twice on a vent and once on full life support. If he’s on a vent he will be sedated. But only time will tell

Shit. I do feel for him as a human being... And it's not going to help the government respond coherently at this time of crisis. And if God forbid he doesn't make it... there will be shockwaves around the world.
