I'm self isolating with a cold (as far as you can when you have kids who keep wanting to see you)... so entertain me... this thread is light hearted please so exaggerate them all you like Grin Only on day 2 and ready to cry

I'll start

I am very distressed, in fact utterly distraught because Gousto have just emailed me to say they can't get enough balsamic vinegar to go with my recipes so they're sending me red wine vinegar instead... my world is ruined.

I'm running out of Maldons hand gourmet salt. I'm going to have to switch to table salt soon, and it's not as flaky and delicious. I WILL TASTE THE DIFFERENCE and I'm sad, nay, heartbroken, about it.

iklboo I'm sorry that's rubbish. Try a hot shower and spray it on your back or get your dh / dp to do it for you might help

sittingaround1 as I advised an PP who couldn't get their dog groomed adapt to the shaggy look and let nature take its course

Englishrain I can't help you, you must take responsibility for your own snacking needs... now send your DH or DCs to raid the frige and return with a deletctable snack for you

Nextdoor had a bloody house party ALL NIGHT last night (car full of guests turned up) and I am knackered because of it. My eyes sting and I am snapping at the kids when they are asking me innocent questions. I am so upset and annoyed. I was doing okay before that.

ninkanik - Black garlic... . so passe ... break curfew... get yourself to the nearest woods and find yoruself wild garlic its growing all over the place right now

solasum me too or I did until I had to retire to the spare room with a cold... the answer is simple :) I think I advised an earlier poster to replace salmon with ham... you'll need to do the same
