Anyone else in the Ocado queue?

I am at queue position 6659 of 8372 to edit my order. My queue position isn’t changing but the number of people in the queue isn’t.

No problems here. Two hours early, free delivery, just a couple of brand switches in the shopping...

Yes, I had a delivery today too - arrived quite early, nice driver put it all on the step before ringing the bell & beetling off to a safe distance 😊

One (acceptable) substitution & everything else as ordered, with a good long date on the milk (4th April)

I've been queueing since it came online after 6 AM and got kicked to back of the line 4 times. I've given up.

I had a day like that at the weekend. It’s grim. I did finally get on, quite quickly, when I started after 11pm.

We received our delivery tonight. There were a couple of items out of stock and a few substitutions but nothing major. After hearing stories about Tesco orders being cancelled I was very grateful to see the delivery driver. I've not been able to book another slot yet but will keep trying.

btw my delivery driver said that he can't get a slot which seems very unfair.

He wants them to deliver to his depot for the end of his shift - not even to his house.

Whilst I’m extremely grateful to have received my order, I do think Ocado are being terrible.
Your lucky to get any I formation from them and when you do they never follow through wha they say.

They should never of taken on more new customers when they knew that they would never cope.

I agree that they should prioritise existing customers. I have a delivery pass and they have had thousands of pounds from us in the past twelve years. Before someone comes onto lecture me, I have CKD so do not want to risk my health going out to a supermarket. The vulnerable and NHS and other keyworkers should be prioritised and then their longstanding delivery pass customers.

I did two 4 hour stints. On the first it logged me in offered me e slot and then shot me back to another 4 hr queue. At the end of the next one it logged me in and said no slots. I give up. I will wait until things improve in a week or two
